Return Process
I had a super frustrating time with the return process at this shop. It was seriously confusing and took way longer than it should have. The person I talked to about it gave me mixed messages about the delivery, which just made things even more annoying. I was hoping for a quicker and easier return, but that didn't happen, unfortunately.
Necklace purchase for my man
I got this necklace for my boyfriend and he really loves it! It looks really stylish and the quality is amazing. I'm so excited to give him the matching set for his birthday, he's going to be delighted!

Necklace purchase
I recently bought this necklace that I absolutely love, but unfortunately, one of the links broke not too long ago. I was a bit hesitant to contact them about getting a replacement, but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly the customer service team was. The quality and craftsmanship of the necklace are fantastic, as it hasn't tarnished at all. The fact that it comes with a Lifetime Warranty is a massive bonus too!

I bought some discounted jewellery from a website that said they'd donate a bit of the money to charity. But to my dismay, they didn't follow through on their promise. It's really upsetting to see a company not sticking to their word when it comes to helping those in need.
Ring purchase
I was really disappointed with the ring I bought, it just felt really cheap and not up to scratch. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was so unsatisfactory. When I tried to return the ring, it took them a whole week to get back to me, and then another 14 working days just to actually start processing my refund. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all.
Necklace
Worst online jewelry company.
There's a reson why they don't have a contact phone number. I ordered 2 necklaces silver chain and the tennis chain necklace. Tennis chain was small for my neck and the other one necklace clamp came broken. I had to pay for to return the tennis chain necklace and they said after 5 months they never received which is a straight out lie. The fact I had to pay to return and now I'm out of pocket for the necklace and shipping is crazy to me. The silver chain's as well look like cheap stainless steel they dont even look like Silver. I would give the company a -5 star review if I could. They avoid helping you and when you email customer support you never speak to the same person so your always back at square one.Necklace purchase

Satisfied, defect, customer service, replacement, timely
I bought something from this company not long ago, and I was quite happy with what I got. But, after having one of the things for a bit, I saw a problem with the pendant. I got in touch with their customer service, and I have to say, they were really great and helpful. They quickly sorted out for a new one to be sent to me, and I got it in just a few days. The team was always nice and quick to answer my questions, which I thought was really nice of them.
Overpriced ring
I bought a ring from this company not long ago, and honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. First off, the standard delivery took way longer than I thought it would, and to make matters worse, when the ring did eventually arrive, it was the wrong size. I tried reaching out to customer service to sort it out, but all I got back were standard, unhelpful responses - total radio silence. It's been weeks now since I sent the ring back, and I'm still waiting on my refund. The way they've handled everything is just shocking, so yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
