This shop may very good option for those customers who are crazy of racing either car or bikes, DT is a right place to replace their quality genuine products here with similar quality. If
I ordered a pair of ASV Levers and a K&N Air Filter for a GSXR 1000 K6 on 14/03/2020. UPS Created a label on the 16/03/2020. It is now a full 14 days later and after 5 phone calls in 12 day to Demon Tweeks, I STILL do not have my parcel. Not one of their staff had made any effort at any form of communication either phone or email. Every time I ring them up all I get is the same crap saying that we a re waiting on a reply from UPS.
There customer service or respect for customers is absolutely non existent. They take your money and they couldn't give a damn how long you have to wait.
I would NEVER recommend Demon Tweeks to anybody.

I have placed an order for an aluminium radiator as I needed to change my due to age +wear and tare. Order was placed 16.05.2021 only to receive an email from Demon Tweeks stating that this is a custom made radiator etc etc will take 6 weeks to manufacture - at this point i said okay because the price was convenient (not the cheapest- but convenient).
It is now the 28th of August - i am still to receive my radiator.. exchanged tons of emails with Demon Tweeks and seems in vain. I wonder if I will ever receive the parts at all.. currently 14 weeks and counting. Funds blocked for same amount of time.
No compensation or even an apology to explain the situation.

Maxxis IT Pro Enduro Tyres
I ordered a pair of Maxxis M7313 / M7314 tyres and Michelin inner tubes on August 1st.
With no notification of shipping by the 10th August, I contacted their customer service team. Received the auto-reply-bot answer, so called them by phone.
They had no real idea when they would receive the front tyre from their supplier, so they agreed to cancel the order and process a PayPal refund straight away, so I could source elsewhere.
Previous experience has shown that refunds can be initiated straight away and the email notifications appear almost immediately.
When nothing happened the following day and based on the way the call was handled, I reported a problem to PayPal. I then received several messages asking me to close the PayPal query, so they could process the refund.
When I explained that I would lose my payment protection if I closed it (you can't then re-open it), they continued to press me to close it.
I phoned PayPal to get some advice and PayPal themselves escalated it to a claim, which was investigated and found in my favour.
Overall, a really off-putting experience, especially their push for me to effectively give up my payment protection, whilst sitting on £190 of my money.
You've lost a customer forever and earned a poor review.
Bell Race Helmet
The most horrendous customer experience ive had to date. I purchased a £1000 helmet from Demon Tweeks and the helmet is defective. It was sent back to DT for them to asses and resolve the issue in November 2020. Not long after DT receiving the helmet it was lost after they had sent it on to the supplier. Here we are 6 months later and they still are unable to acknowledge it is their fault and replace the helmet. Every time I call i get told they need more time to understand what has happened and what to do and that someone will call me the following day. Im still yet to receive any of these promised calls and im without a helmet to race with! Shocking!!!
Bilstein B8 Kit
Absolute shambles of a company, ordered some Bilsteins with a lead time of 10 days, told the garage keep the car on the side ill have the bits in 10 days, no email to confirm delivery time, no replies to emails, managed to get throught to customer service who said theres a delay.. of 7 weeks!! Pathetic excuse saying we were too busy to reply to your emails.. and the icing on the cake the interest free option now looks a mistake as if i cancel the credit search will remain on there. What a bunch of cowboys! Avoid!

I ordered a set of wheels on the 16th and the order was put through the following day when I was advised they would arrive early this week, so I took my old wheels off and sent them to the person who had bought them because I could deal with being without the car for a week and ordered my tyres through black circles to be fitted for Thursday the 24th.
I called customer services as they hadn’t turned up today so asked if there was any tracking information, they then called the supplier as that’s where the wheels were coming from direct who said they couldn’t find the order on the system. I was then told I’d be contacted once this had been looked into.
I was then emailed to be told they would now be sent out the week after Christmas and I was told by someone from customer services when I called up that it could even be the following week!
I now can’t use my car and have tyres turning up to the tyre fitters that can’t be fitted. I am really not happy I have had to chase the order up to find this out and that I’m now without a means of transport.
I chose to order these from yourselves as I thought the process would run smooth which it hasn’t at all. Won’t be using Demon Tweeks again.
Sealey trolley jack
Customer service very poor no return calls following problem with jack ask to speak to manager and have to wait 48hrs for a ‘slot’ it has taken nearly a month to sort out the problem and a refund. I would never recommend or deal with this company again.
Warrior Spider Stand Motorcycle Lift & Adaptor Kit
Terrible customer service. I ordered a stand for my bike following their filtering to make sure it's the right one for my motorcycle and they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.
I contacted their customer service trying to find a solution but they didn't provide any help at all and said they couldn't refund or let me return the item because I had opened the package.
How was I supposed to know that they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.
Racing Simulator Equipment
I placed an order delivered to the USA. One of the items shipped was not the correct part. I checked my order and it was placed correctly. This was clearly a mistake by Demon Tweeks. Despite several attempts to get an email response I finally heard back once I opened a dispute with PayPal. Now they are asking me to ship the item back AT MY EXPENSE for a refund. The item is valued at $90 and it's going to cost me $46 to ship it back. Since this was an error on their part Demon Tweeks should pay the return shipping. I do a lot of online purchases and this happens once in a while, I understand that but never have I been asked to pay for return shipping if the error was on the merchants part. C'mon Demon Tweeks, do the right thing!
A Pair of Black ASV Levers and a K&N Air Filter
I bought and paid for a pair of ASV Levers for a Suzuki GSXR 1000 K6 on Saturday the 14/03/2020. UPS created a label for the parcel on Monday the 16/03/2020. 14 days later I still have not received my purchase. In the past 12 days Demon Tweeks have made ZERO effort at any form of communication either by phone or email to notify as to when I will receive my goods. I have had to spend money on five overseas phone calls to Demon Tweeks to get an update on my purchase. Only today I was speaking to one of their customer service team and I was given the same line of crap that they have being giving me for two weeks. We will contact you when we here back from UPS.
This is just not acceptable. Their customer service is horrendous. More accurately it is non existent.
I would NEVER recommend that anybody spends a penny with theses characters again.
