Gift fragrance purchase
I recently bought a fragrance as a gift from an online store. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. Just a day after ordering, I got a message saying they couldn't deliver it due to 'unforseen circumstances'. They did refund me quickly, but then I saw the same fragrance back on the website at twice the price! This made me feel tricked and annoyed. Companies need to be open and truthful with their customers to keep them loyal. I won't be suggesting this company to anyone, and I won't be buying from them again in the future.
Makeup products
I can't believe the madness I've had to deal with! My parcel got lost in the system, and when I finally called to ask about it, they had the audacity to blame someone else. It turns out, they forgot to put the town on the label, which meant my package ended up over 500 miles away from me. There's no excuse for such incompetence. Now I'm waiting to see if they have the decency to apologise for inconveniencing me.
Unintentional multi-item purchase
I bought a few too many things by mistake and needed to send back some because of it. But I was gutted to discover that their policy only lets you return a certain amount, so I couldn't send back all the extra stuff.

Makeup is not my strong point however with the help of direct cosmetics i can finally do the best without trying to hard. the cosmetics i bought from here are just so perfect on my skin that I don't have to do anything besides applying it on my face.
