I have to say, DBT really impressed me with their customer service. I bought a Kyber Crystal from them and I was amazed by how quick and efficient they were. Originally, I thought it would take ages to arrive, but thanks to an email from Josh, I received it the very next day. I was a bit unsure at first because their products are usually only found at a specific theme park, but they proved me wrong. shocking service. over £10 to return shoes which were posted on 27 th march and now 19th may and still no refund or movement in tracking since 6th april. Apparently the refund take 4-8 weeks to arrive. they dont seem to even query why package hasnt moved until outside 4-8 weeks period. i was also charged an extra fee for being outside the eu. this shouldnt be happening as northern ireland is inside the eu customs union as per the brexit deal. very shoddy service will not be using them again. save yourself the hassle and buy from reputable firms
