I bought a fab black leather handbag from this boutique and honestly, it's even better than I expected! The bag looks really classy and the craftsmanship is spot on. I love all the little details and the overall design is just perfect. Mobile service experience
I thought the customer service for my mobile phone was really good when I first joined up, but now it's getting worse by the day. It used to be based in Scotland, but now I think it might be in India, and it's just not up to scratch. Hi everyone, so I recently ordered some skincare products from this website and honestly, it was a complete nightmare. I placed the order a while back, but my package seemed to have gone missing. I can't believe how much better my hair looks since using these products! I was really struggling with my hair falling out too much, so I thought I'd give the Scalp Scrub and Hair Density Serum a go. I've been using the Scalp Scrub once a week and the Hair Density Serum every day for the last 3 months, and the difference is amazing. Within the first few weeks, I could see that my hair was falling out less. I was finding way less hair in my brush and comb, which was such a relief. Poor quality lipstick purchase
I bought a lipstick from this company and I was really let down by the quality. I got in touch with customer service as soon as my order arrived, but after waiting 12 days, I still hadn't heard anything back. Dealing with their customer service has been the worst experience I've had with any makeup company. I had to chase them up and when I finally got a response, they basically told me to take it up with the manufacturer because they weren't interested in helping. This is not on because the company is responsible for providing products that work properly by law. I would suggest steering clear of purchasing anything from this company.

Wall mount kit for headboard
The headboard is really strong and good quality, but the wall mount kit it came with isn't ideal for bigger headboards. The 18-inch bracket isn't strong enough to hold up the weight of larger headboards, so it wobbles quite a lot. We've had to put foam behind it to try and stop it moving. Because of this problem, we've ordered another kit for our superking size headboard to try and stop it wobbling so much.

Oversized tracksuit, poor quality print
My experience with this shop was a bit hit and miss. The first order was fine, but the second was a letdown. The tracksuit I got was way too big – even for an oversized style. It was like a joke how large it was, it looked ridiculous on me. My colleague, who usually wears a XXXL, also found it ridiculously baggy. On top of that, the print quality was pretty bad. The logo was coming off already because of how it was applied, using some DTF technique. I work with garment printing in my job, so I could see they missed an important step in making this item. I decided not to bother returning it because postage costs would outweigh the value of the item.

I popped over to that place to pick up some shoes, and it was dead easy. I managed to snag a pair at a discounted price, and I'm telling you, it would have cost me a bomb elsewhere. I also picked up another pair, but they turned out to be too large, so I had to send them back. I used Royal Mail for the return and received the replacement pair just a couple of days later. It all worked out perfectly in the end!

I recently bought a pair of green jeans from this shop and, to be honest, it was a total let-down. After I washed them just once, the colour got all patchy, which meant I couldn't really wear them anymore. When I tried to swap them at the shop, they flat-out refused to help me out. So, I decided to get in touch with their online customer service team, who told me to send the jeans back by post because it was a fault in the product. But, guess what? When the jeans came back to me, there was a note saying that I had to return items bought in-store... in-store. I splashed out $70 on these jeans that I couldn't even put on, and it seemed like nobody wanted to sort it out for me. Perfume purchase
The delivery was pretty quick, so I can't complain about that. But when my perfume turned up, it was wrapped in really thin packaging with no "fragile" sign or protective layer for the glass bottle. To make matters worse, the bottle wasn't even full! When I opened the package, I discovered the bottle was wet from leaking during the journey. Not only that, but part of the label had been scraped and peeled off. I had big plans to give this as a gift, but there's no way I can present it in its current sorry state. Lodge purchase
We bought a lodge in May, only to find out two weeks later that it had been sold to a different company, resulting in a big increase in park fees. We were promised that any problems with the lodge would be sorted, like replacing carpets and fixing plumbing, but when we asked for these issues to be addressed, there was no response. I have PTSD and lost a leg a few years back, so this lodge was supposed to be a peaceful escape for me. Instead, it has caused a lot of stress and disappointment. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises has really taken a toll on my mental health. It's sad to see how little the company cares about its customers' well-being.

One off Cleaning that went badly
We had a one off cleaning session that didn't go very well. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned first so we could put our very skittish and anxious cat in there, the bathroom wasn't started until after the living room, kitchen and hallways. There were many things like dust being lumped together but no binned, the inside and very accessible windows weren't cleaned, the sink wasn't even touched.
On top of all this, one of our personal belongings was broken, it was something visibly delicate and it had been knocked off a high shelf. The cleaners then tried to put the item back and pass off nothing had happened, didn't even mention it to us before they had left. The item itself is unrepairable as pieces had broken off and some are missing, and it is something that is not replaceable.
We are incredibly unhappy, we had used Fantastic Services for cleaning services before and have always had really good cleaners that took great care with our items and seemed happy to talk to us. My Iphone has stopped working in the warranty period. The seller Digi-E via OnBuy has gone out of business. OnBuy do not answer emails and do not have a telephone number.
It turns out my Apple iphone is an American model, so cannot be repaired by Apple in the UK. Apple USA can’t repair it because the iphone is in the UK. That’s ok until your iphone just dies overnight (a known problem with the Iphone XR), then you’re well and truly screwed.
Apple USA sold this phone to AT&T, who then sold it on to Digi-E, who I bought my Iphone from via OnBuy. So, basically I have no phone and I’m £589 worse off 10 months later.
OnBuy might be a wanna be Amazon, but they are in no way remotely that professional. OnBuy have no phone number, do not respond to emails and generally have a ‘do not care attitude’ over Facebook messages, the only way I could get any form of communication.
11 days have gone by and I’m told to wait for Digi-E to contact me because ‘they must be busy with lockdown orders!’ Their emails bounce and their website is down, so I can’t even get hold of them.

I ordered a digital timer for use int kitchen on 26 January 2021. The process was easy. I received an immediate confirmation from the supplier. This was followed the next day to advise the parcel was ready for despatch and was delivered on the 29 January. It arrived in good condition. I have used Onbuy.com before and found them efficient and the suppliers I have used efficient.
Always pay by paypal, at least if you have a problem you can claim back via them. Ive got an issue with a dash cam (£179.99) & seller is ignoring me so Ive had to raise it via paypal which is a lengthy process. Shop next time for me for anything of this nature but dog chews etc had no problem

Does not sound any worse then Amazon after the 30days period and no different to Amazon where if you buy, knowldgely or not, from 'Market place' where amazon point out they're not actually the seller, and that is who you have to deal with. As usual caveat emptor, Did you check out 'Digi-E' before purchase?
If you paid via a credit card you may have recourse from there.
As has been suggested elsewhere it would be a good Idea to check with citizens advice / trading standards, also worth getting in touch with Apple on the basis they're a 'Global' company and should honour their products without boundaries, although manufactures frequently palm of responsibilities for their products via sub companies/franchises/resellers etc (a global poor practice) but the choice of where to buy from is of course within your choice :-(Onbuy may not be legally responsible under the sale of goods act, but they do have a moral responsibility (and business imperative) to vet the traders they allow to use their marketplace. I have a pair of scrap Apple ipods that were sold fraudulently as new - the seller has gone out of business and OnBuy don't want to know. I don't trust the traders on their marketplace, and will never use them again. Be very wary!!!

My Iphone has stopped working in the warranty period. The seller Digi-E via OnBuy has gone out of business. OnBuy do not answer emails and do not have a telephone number.
It turns out my Apple iphone is an American model, so cannot be repaired by Apple in the UK. Apple USA can’t repair it because the iphone is in the UK. That’s ok until your iphone just dies overnight (a known problem with the Iphone XR), then you’re well and truly screwed.
Apple USA sold this phone to AT&T, who then sold it on to Digi-E, who I bought my Iphone from via OnBuy. So, basically I have no phone and I’m £589 worse off 10 months later.
OnBuy might be a wanna be Amazon, but they are in no way remotely that professional. OnBuy have no phone number, do not respond to emails and generally have a ‘do not care attitude’ over Facebook messages, the only way I could get any form of communication.
11 days have gone by and I’m told to wait for Digi-E to contact me because ‘they must be busy with lockdown orders!’ Their emails bounce and their website is down, so I can’t even get hold of them.
PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM ONBUY OR DIGI-EHi Tracy. Contact me. Same problem. Going to trading standards!

Not really OnBuys fault i it, would have been the same if you bought it odd ebay and passed the 30 day period
I ordered a digital timer for use int kitchen on 26 January 2021. The process was easy. I received an immediate confirmation from the supplier. This was followed the next day to advise the parcel was ready for despatch and was delivered on the 29 January. It arrived in good condition. I have used Onbuy.com before and found them efficient and the suppliers I have used efficient.
Always pay by paypal, at least if you have a problem you can claim back via them. Ive got an issue with a dash cam (£179.99) & seller is ignoring me so Ive had to raise it via paypal which is a lengthy process. Shop next time for me for anything of this nature but dog chews etc had no problem

Does not sound any worse then Amazon after the 30days period and no different to Amazon where if you buy, knowldgely or not, from 'Market place' where amazon point out they're not actually the seller, and that is who you have to deal with. As usual caveat emptor, Did you check out 'Digi-E' before purchase?
If you paid via a credit card you may have recourse from there.
As has been suggested elsewhere it would be a good Idea to check with citizens advice / trading standards, also worth getting in touch with Apple on the basis they're a 'Global' company and should honour their products without boundaries, although manufactures frequently palm of responsibilities for their products via sub companies/franchises/resellers etc (a global poor practice) but the choice of where to buy from is of course within your choice :-(Onbuy may not be legally responsible under the sale of goods act, but they do have a moral responsibility (and business imperative) to vet the traders they allow to use their marketplace. I have a pair of scrap Apple ipods that were sold fraudulently as new - the seller has gone out of business and OnBuy don't want to know. I don't trust the traders on their marketplace, and will never use them again. Be very wary!!!

Excellent products, no price issue
..Very good fittings, this is not just being a buyer of bath room fittings . Whenever I see these items I appreciate Victorian for nice collection.
Showers, basin ,taps and vanity unit , everything is perfect and price is very much acceptable.I am so disappointed with this company. I have ordered thousands of pounds of there products, and after sending 1 item back, unopened. I am still waiting 2 months later for a refund of £49.95. I have contacted them several times via email to the standard response of we are currently very busy, please be patient. To add insult to injury it cost me £9 to have it sent back recorded delivery to make sure they received the product. Buyer beware, Products are good but if you need a refund do not hold your breath.
UPDATE: We have since received a response from Fantastic Services.
The response was very thorough in regards to responding to our issues, they have advised that this is not the standard of service they intend to provide, they will be contacting the supervisor for the team that visited and they have begun to process a refund to cover the item that was broken.
We do feel much more appreciated by the company, and feel that this was likely a one off issue. As this seems to be the case, we're going to give them another go, and expect there to have been an improvement in the service. Fantastic Services cleaners have been perfect for us for years and we recommend them to many people, so we are really happy to see that the response to the complaint was kind and considerate.
