Perfume purchase
I wasn't sure about buying anything from this place because the prices were really low and the reviews were a bit all over the place. But, I thought I'd give it a go and ordered a copy of a perfume I already had to see if it matched up. Turns out, it was spot on and the packaging was really good quality too. And for those who were moaning about the scents being out of date or a bit off, just remember that some perfumes they sell are no longer being made, like the one I got, and perfume does go off after a while.
Perfume order for Christmas
I bought some perfume as a Christmas present for my daughter. I ordered it on the 13th of December because she was coming back from Australia to visit home. But, sadly, the perfume never showed up, even though I had a Royal Mail tracking number. The status stayed the same the whole time, so I couldn't keep an eye on it. I was really let down, so I got in touch with customer service to complain and ask for a refund. To my surprise, they got back to me swiftly and sorted everything out, giving me a refund without any trouble.
Damaged box product for a gift
I bought something from this company not long ago and, silly me, I didn't properly check the description which actually said the box was a bit battered. Two orders
I've ordered from Direct Cosmetics twice now and I've been pretty happy with what I received. The first package came quickly and everything was in the right condition, just like advertised online. But the second order had a problem with the courier not delivering it on time. I had to get in touch with customer service to sort out a replacement, but one of the items was out of stock which was a bit annoying. However, I have to admit that the prices at Direct Cosmetics are really good. The products I got were also decent quality, so I feel like I got my money's worth.

I recently bought a 100ml tester of Paco Rabanne Ultra Violet EDP from Direct Cosmetics after not using their services for a while. At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this company, but I took the plunge and ordered the L'Occitane body moisturiser for £21 instead of £42. They mentioned that the box was a bit damaged, but the actual product was in perfect condition. To my surprise, it arrived in just 3 days. The outer box had a few scrapes, but nothing serious that would harm the product inside. Even though the hygiene seal was torn, the product was all there and looked genuine. I recently ordered the Jovan Musk Aftershave and I was really impressed by the great service I got from this company. I had sent an email asking about the delivery, and I was happy to receive a quick response the next day with all the information I needed. After reading some reviews and discussing with my wife, who was buying the aftershave for me as a present for our 50th wedding anniversary, I was a bit worried about the authenticity because of the low price. Dior Poison Eau De Toillette 30ml
I've ordered from this shop a few times before, but this time it was terrible. They sent me the wrong bottle, and when I tried to show them with pictures, they didn't believe me. I had to send the item back, but they still wouldn't admit their mistake. It was such a mess, I've never had an experience like this before. Just be careful if you're thinking of ordering from here, folks!
Poor quality lipstick purchase
I bought a lipstick from this company and I was really let down by the quality. I got in touch with customer service as soon as my order arrived, but after waiting 12 days, I still hadn't heard anything back. Dealing with their customer service has been the worst experience I've had with any makeup company. I had to chase them up and when I finally got a response, they basically told me to take it up with the manufacturer because they weren't interested in helping. This is not on because the company is responsible for providing products that work properly by law. I would suggest steering clear of purchasing anything from this company.
Aftershave purchase
I recently bought some aftershaves from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality and variety of products they have. My order arrived quickly and I've been enjoying testing out all the different scents I got. The aftershaves last a long time and have a nice fragrance that stays with you all day. Gift fragrance purchase
I recently bought a fragrance as a gift from an online store. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. Just a day after ordering, I got a message saying they couldn't deliver it due to 'unforseen circumstances'. They did refund me quickly, but then I saw the same fragrance back on the website at twice the price! This made me feel tricked and annoyed. Companies need to be open and truthful with their customers to keep them loyal. I won't be suggesting this company to anyone, and I won't be buying from them again in the future.
Makeup products
I can't believe the madness I've had to deal with! My parcel got lost in the system, and when I finally called to ask about it, they had the audacity to blame someone else. It turns out, they forgot to put the town on the label, which meant my package ended up over 500 miles away from me. There's no excuse for such incompetence. Now I'm waiting to see if they have the decency to apologise for inconveniencing me.
