I've ordered from Direct Cosmetics twice now and I've been pretty happy with what I received. The first package came quickly and everything was in the right condition, just like advertised online. But the second order had a problem with the courier not delivering it on time. I had to get in touch with customer service to sort out a replacement, but one of the items was out of stock which was a bit annoying. Poor quality lipstick purchase
I bought a lipstick from this company and I was really let down by the quality. I got in touch with customer service as soon as my order arrived, but after waiting 12 days, I still hadn't heard anything back. Dealing with their customer service has been the worst experience I've had with any makeup company. I had to chase them up and when I finally got a response, they basically told me to take it up with the manufacturer because they weren't interested in helping. This is not on because the company is responsible for providing products that work properly by law. I would suggest steering clear of purchasing anything from this company.
Aftershave purchase
