Ember Mug, long-lasting coffee
I've had this smart mug for nearly a year now, and let me tell you, it's been a real game-changer for me. I really like the fact that I don't have to rush through my coffee anymore just to stop it from getting cold. This Ember mug keeps my coffee at just the right temperature for ages, so I can enjoy every single sip. The only tiny downside is that if I leave my coffee for more than an hour, the heater turns off. I reckon it's a safety thing, but a little notification from the app asking if I'm still drinking my coffee would be a useful addition to stop that from happening.
Smart Mug purchase
Well, I just want to say that I'm really let down by the customer service I've had from this company. I bought a Smart Mug thinking it would be great, but it stopped working not long after the warranty expired. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service team a few times in different ways, but I haven't had any response or help at all. It's just not good enough – they should be doing better, especially since they're known for their innovative products.
Coffee mug purchase
I was really happy with the coffee mug I bought from this shop at first. But, over time, it started having problems with not charging properly, even though I tried my best to figure out what was wrong and followed the instructions given. I think it might be a software issue, but I haven't heard anything back from customer service about it. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and help, especially considering how much I spent on the mug. It's still in perfect condition and I've looked after it well, but it's not working like it should. This whole situation has really changed my opinion of this shop and their products.
Smart mug purchase
The smart mug is a cool idea, it lets you control the temperature of your drink using an app on your phone. The mug itself does its job well, it keeps your drink hot or cold for ages. However, the app that comes with it is such a pain to use. It often won't link up to the mug and doesn't update the temperature like it should. Also, considering the price, you'd think it would have a feature where it turns off the heater when the mug is empty, but it doesn't. I got the smart mug as a present, so I've been trying to make it work. But if I had to buy one myself, I'd have to really think about it.
