Custom jackets
The company has a great variety of jacket styles to pick from, all made to a really high standard. Each one is custom-made, so you'll have a bit of a wait for your order. If you're looking for quick fashion, this might not be the best option for you. The quality of the jackets is really something special, I've bought 4 custom jackets and I'm sure they'll last me for years.

Coat purchase
I bought a coat from an online store not long ago. But, when I made the purchase, they told me they didn't have it in stock. The customer service team said I could pick a similar coat or get a refund. I chose the refund, but I haven't heard anything else from them about it. Dealing with their customer service has been annoying because it feels like they've just ignored me. Basically, my time with this online shop has been pretty rubbish and I'd suggest others avoid it.
Jacket Purchase
I bought a jacket from Feather-Skin not long ago. I do really like the design and quality of the jacket. However, I was a bit let down by how long it took for the jacket to arrive and also, there's an unpleasant smell lingering on it. In all honesty, the jacket itself is fab, but the whole shopping experience was a bit of a let down.
Misleading sizing on jacket
I bought a jacket that didn't fit me, so I got in touch with customer service to sort out a return and refund. I sent the jacket back quickly, it was in the same condition as when I got it, and I gave them all the tracking details they needed. But even though they got the jacket and confirmed it, I still haven't got my money back. I've tried a few times to ask about it, but all I get are vague answers or no response at all. This company isn't reliable when it comes to keeping their word or looking after their customers.
XL Leather jacket purchase
The XL leather jacket was a bit too tight for my other half, even though he usually wears that size. We got the delivery on time as promised on the website, which was great. But when we tried to exchange it, we had a bit of a struggle. I had to send the jacket back with proof of posting and receipt, then wait for ages. After a few reminders, I found out that the replacement was still being made and would take another week to arrive. In the end, if you're willing to wait, the product is good value for money compared to others out there.
