Surety for energy services
As a customer of this energy service provider, I have to say I am really disappointed with the customer service representative and their legal team. It's just not right to be treated like we're only valuable for their profit. I won't be used in that way and I won't stand for their unfair behaviour. We should all be respected and treated with dignity as customers, not just seen as tools to be used and controlled. I hope other businesses take note and don't try to exploit their customers like this, it's just not acceptable.

I recently bought some blinds from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed. The blinds were so easy to put up, whether I was getting the whole set or just the slats. The quality of the blinds is great, and they've definitely made my home look more elegant. I decided to get both types because I already had blinds on some windows, but wanted to spruce them up with new slats. It was a smooth process and the final look is fantastic. Oh my goodness, I got this really lovely Christmas tree with glittery decorations and pre-installed lights. I was so excited to set it up in my room and create a festive atmosphere. However, after only 2 Christmases, the lights suddenly stopped working! I was really disappointed because it was meant to last for years, but that wasn't the case at all. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful at all and just informed me that the warranty had expired and suggested buying a new transformer - I have no idea what that even is! So now I'm left with a plain tree without its sparkly lights, feeling quite unhappy about it.

I recently bought a new bed frame and mattress from Bedworld and I have to say, I'm pretty pleased with how it all went down. The process of ordering was dead easy, and I liked that there were loads of different options to choose from on their website. The service was alright - the staff were nice and helpful when I had questions about what I was buying. The only thing was, I did notice that the prices were a bit higher than other places for similar stuff. Still, I went ahead and got it because I really needed a new bed, sharpish. The delivery was quick and the driver was dead nice, even helped me bring everything into my living room. It really made a difference, that bit of extra help.

My recent bus ticket purchase was a nightmare. The bus didn't show up when it was supposed to, so I was left stranded with no way to get in touch with the company for help. I had to scramble and find another way to get to my destination, and it ended up costing me extra money. It was a total mess and really stressful, especially because I had a tight schedule and needed to be there on time. The fact that the company didn't communicate or offer any support just made everything worse, and I was left feeling really fed up and let down by the whole situation.

Bad breakdown experience
My experience with this company when my car broke down was really disappointing! There were so many warning lights on and it was totally unsafe to drive. I explained that my car could still move but it was clearly not safe, yet they still said my claim was invalid - can you believe that? I ended up waiting 4 hours for help only to be told that since my car was able to move, my claim wasn't valid. It's just ridiculous! It seems like this company doesn't really care about customer safety.

So, I ordered this calendar on the 28th of December, and then I waited and waited, but it didn't arrive. Calendar Club said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I even emailed them and left a review on their site, but no one replied. I just wanted my calendar or my money back, you know? Anyway, fast forward to the 20th of January, and I finally got my order. I'm not sure if it's the original one or a new one because Calendar Club didn't even bother to let me know. But hey, at least I got my calendar in the end.

Oh my gosh, I've just found this huge mirror for a really good deal after weeks of looking! It's 6ft7 by 4ft7 and only £215 with delivery included. The mirror is stunning, I'm so pleased with it. The delivery was really fast, only took a week, and the delivery driver was really friendly. The mirror was packaged well and surprisingly light, which made it much easier to carry up the stairs.

I had a really good experience ordering my Padel racket and bag from SmashInn. They kept me updated every step of the way, sending me emails and letting me track my order on their website. The items arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the careful packaging.
Everything went smoothly with SmashInn, Spring GDS (the transport service in Spain), and Royal Mail (the UK delivery service). Each part of the process was well-documented on their websites. Despite a slight delay at customs, which wasn't SmashInn's fault, the overall service was great.

I have to say, my first impression of the customer service at this store wasn't great. I didn't feel like they really understood my concerns or were helping me properly, it felt like they were just giving automated responses. It made me doubt the quality of their service and if they took my feedback seriously. But, I was surprised when the store got in touch to apologise for the inconvenience and offered me a discount code for my next purchase as a way of making up for it. This really changed my view on their customer service – it showed me that they do value feedback from customers and are willing to fix things when they go wrong. I recently bought a lawn mower from this company, and honestly, my experience was a nightmare. To start with, trying to get hold of them was a real mission - they never picked up the phone! It had been two weeks, and still no sign of my mower, even though they'd promised it in 3-4 days. First, they said it had been sent out, but conveniently failed to give me a tracking number. Then they changed their story, and said they were waiting for more stock to arrive. The communication from them was shockingly bad, always switching up their tale. I emailed them repeatedly, but heard nothing back. And let's not forget, they'd already taken my money! If my mower doesn't get here by Monday, I'll miss my chance to get the job done on time. All I want is the mower that I paid for. If they were out of stock, they should have told me straight away, not promised quick deliveries they couldn't keep.

We got this really cool bell upgrade for our cat because we lost the first one. The company sent it to us for free, which was really kind of them. Now we can ring the bell if we think our cat has been outside for too long, and he actually seems to recognise it! It has made us really happy. Coatigan bought online with standard delivery
I recently bought a coatigan online while I was in the USA and had it sent to my place in London. It was a nice surprise when it arrived much quicker than I thought, in just 2 days. When I got back to the UK, my package was waiting for me only 2 hours later on the same day. The quality of the coatigan was even better than I expected, the colour matched exactly like the picture. I think WoolOvers makes clothes of really good quality, using natural materials, and keeps a high standard for all their stuff. Even though the prices can be a bit high, they often have sales which offer really good value for their products. The classic styles they offer are timeless and still look good even after lots of washes. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.

I ordered a fire and a flue, but when the fire arrived there was no flue included. Not only that, but the fire was damaged too, so I reported it immediately along with the missing flue. It took a lot of phone calls and emails, but eventually, we received a replacement fire. However, the replacement also didn't come with the flue! I've been waiting for the flue for weeks now and it still hasn't arrived. It's been a complete nightmare!

An Unsatisfactory Online Shopping Experience
I'm really bummed about my recent purchase from House of Fraser. Even though their prices are competitive, I had to fork out £4.99 for postage and another £4.99 for returning the boots that didn't fit me. It just doesn't seem right that I should have to pay for returns when the issue was with the sizing - makes me question their accuracy. This whole situation has left me feeling shortchanged and unhappy about my online shopping choice with them. Not only did I have to pay extra for returning the boots, but I also think the quality control is lacking if they're sending out ill-fitting items. In the future, I'll be checking out other retailers that offer free returns and exchanges to make sure I don't end up wasting more money. I don't mind paying for delivery, but having to pay for returns at House of Fraser doesn't sit well with me - seems like they're taking advantage.

The teaching material was graphically top-notch! very well explained but could do with some less speed in the presentation since not everyone learns at such a fast pace.
I find the course outlay is great! Though they say the course is free it consitently pops up with purchasing your certificate which in my mind shouldve been clearly stated it has to be paid for...a bit misleading....In the course outlays; I would've liked an actual interactive session versus automated responses....though a course is free you should give your audience at least close to the same experience a paid client would get, this in turn can boost reviews. Overall, I'm thinking of doing another course and noticed some of my friends are already doing courses
Online class is easy to learn
Just finished the first lesson in the Diploma of Digital Marketing and it surpassed my expectations. Very slick, informative, very useful for myself as I am career market researcher, specialising in ad research and wanting to plug any gaps in my understanding of digital media which now accounts for over 50% of ad spend in Australia. Great opportunity, excellent system and follow-up etc. I also love the lecturer. Every point is explained clearly and made easy to understand.
My reservation is in the aspect of cost of study. One may come into program with a mindset that it's free only to find that they have materials to purchase (I understand these materials are optional but every serious student would want it) and then pay for the certificate also.
I suggest you give potential students a hint at what to expect cost wise so one will not be found in a fix in the middle of the program or even miss such a good opportunity.What can I say. I love Shaw Academy! The free offerings are a God send. While we are social distancing we can still get our learning on. I am currently taking a guitar, photography, and coding course. A was scrolling down on Facebook and saw the promotion for 4 weeks , I've been thinking about developing my knowledge in a few topics related to my job. Overall is a good plataform for learning online, classes are straightforward and easy to follow.
I'm not quite happy about the amount of emails that they send with reminders and mistakes about classes not being taken, maybe that can be improved.

I recently joined shaw academy for different courses, i am enjoying it, attended two lecture yet, and they were awesome...
The tutoring has been very understanding and concise to the study. Today is my second class and i'm loving it!
I signed up using a trial version which is supposedly free for a couple weeks. They take your credit card information and indicate that it will be charged by X date if the subscription is not cancelled by then. Fair enough, so I proceeded to sign up. This is where the issues began:
1. I then proceeded to schedule my classes - twice a week since apparently the only way to attend class is by being locked into this schedule. So much for on-demand learning... Next issue:
2. Every time you login, the Shaw Academy website continuously sends you pop ups about a toolkit and an e-certificate which cost GBP 29.95 each. Being unaware of what the toolkit contained, I clicked on the link for more information only to realise that they automatically charged my card through a one-click process. This dishonest manner they go about charging you for a toolkit with a one click purchase has left a bad taste in my mouth and this is not a trustworthy manner of gaining repeat business or gaining the trust of existing customers and made me want to cancel everything immediately. I then went though the support and billings channels to request the refund because I had no intentions of downloading or accessing the toolkit. They indicate that refunding is not in keeping with their policy. I will be following up on this matter to access my refund.
3. Next issue I continue to encounter is that the online platform is not very user friendly and even when I attend classes on the scheduled days, they send you multiple messages - email, text, app notifications - saying that you have missed a class and your educator is waiting for you to attend and to reschedule. The platform is inefficient, lacking and frustrating. Today I was on the go and therefore signed in to attend class on my phone. Well what a waste of time that was. After the timer counted down to the start of the class, the recording never played through I signed in over and over and even followed the link they sent by text.
4. Soon after registration, they also provide a link and invite you to join FB Messenger as a means of class reminders. This link is broken so don't waste your time attempting. Support is slow and lacking. They create a ticket and eventually get back to you mixing up issues and the responses to them. So many issues to warn unsuspecting learners about.
5. Message overload: They send so many messages via multiple means: email, through app notification, text messaging. Rather than this barrage of messages, they should focus on setting up an efficient platform that saves learners time rather than frustrate them.
Unfortunately this experience has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this to anyone.Review about: Shaw Academy
