I recently got something really awesome and the service was absolutely fantastic! They responded so quickly and even offered me free delivery, which was really nice of them. Not many places go that extra mile. I would definitely recommend this website as top-notch.
Shorts and t-shirt
I picked up these awesome shorts and t-shirt from this place because I often notice that my favourite celebs wear stuff from here and I want to look just as fashionable. Everything fits me really well and looks fantastic, I feel like a star when I wear them 😎 Also, the delivery arrived really quickly, I didn't have to wait long at all.
£300 hoody purchase
In the past, shopping from this store was like a treat. But lately, my £300 hoodie came in a boring package that wasn't very fancy. It felt like they were lowering their standards. Not happy with their returns policy either, as I have to pay for returns and exchanges. Disappointing to see their customer service going downhill, especially since I've been a faithful customer for ages. I used to love checking out their stuff and buying on a whim, but now I'm unsure because of these changes. It's a matter of principle for me, and I'd rather pay a bit extra for better service and packaging.
£200 trainers
I recently splashed out over £200 on a pair of trainers from Flannels. I was a bit miffed to discover that I had to fork out an extra £6.99 for delivery - seemed a bit steep when lots of other shops give it for free over a certain spend. And to top it off, the Nike boxers I picked up at the same time turned out to be rubbish quality - they fell apart after just one wear! Well, needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again after this disappointing experience.

I realized it is not just brand or the cost which changes your dressing or appearnce, it is blend of brand, quality, dressing sense and variety, uniqueness and appeal of the clothes. I often answer on quoraabout improving dressing style and personality.
I think flannels is one of those brands which works in that direction, selling all those luxurios high end clothes for men and women both.
They have great range, it is impressive.
I have bought two or three clothes as jacket, t-shirt and sweatshirt so far. I am planning to buy more from it.
