Swim shorts purchase
I recently bought some swim shorts online and I was really looking forward to receiving them in time for my upcoming trip. But, when the package arrived, the small wet bag that was supposed to be included was missing. Feeling a bit disappointed, I decided to contact customer service to sort it out. I ended up speaking with Scotty, who was so helpful and understanding. He didn't hesitate to offer me a refund on the next day delivery costs, a discount on the shorts I ordered, and even a generous 20% off my next purchase. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently he resolved the issue, making sure I still had everything I needed for my trip. All in all, I'm happy with the service I received and how well everything was handled.
New jumper
I recently bought this really awesome new jumper from the shop and I was so looking forward to wearing it! But when I finally tried it on, it turned out to be way too big for me. I was pretty disappointed at first, but then I recalled something about their return policy if customers aren't satisfied. Therefore, I decided to send them an email and they were really understanding and helpful. They quickly sorted everything out for me and now I finally have the correct size jumper. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the individual who assisted me, they were absolutely fantastic!
Clothes that elevate your style and wear quality
I realized it is not just brand or the cost which changes your dressing or appearnce, it is blend of brand, quality, dressing sense and variety, uniqueness and appeal of the clothes. I often answer on quoraabout improving dressing style and personality.
I think flannels is one of those brands which works in that direction, selling all those luxurios high end clothes for men and women both.
They have great range, it is impressive.

I recently made a purchase but then remembered I hadn't changed my delivery address because I moved house. I quickly sent an email to customer service explaining what happened. Luckily, they replied within a few hours and confirmed that they had updated my delivery address to my new one. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were, and how they were happy to help me out. Their great service made me feel like a valued customer and I'm really grateful for their support during this hectic time of moving.
Fast delivery of high-quality clothes
I was really chuffed with my recent buy from this shop. The delivery was super quick - I placed my order at 6pm and it arrived the next day. The clothes were top-notch quality and fitted me like a glove. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Expensive clothing, quality delivery
I bought some clothes from that shop and they were really good quality, no doubt about it. The delivery went well and was on time, which was good. But I wasn't happy about having to pay for delivery and returns. It's a bit irritating having to send items back in different packages, it seems like an unnecessary bother. It's a shame because apart from that, I would have given a much better rating for my overall experience.
Issue with item
I had a few problems with something I bought from this shop, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to the great customer service I received from a lady called Courtney. She was really helpful and did everything she could to sort out my issues. Even though things didn't start off great with my purchase, Courtney's help really turned things around and made my shopping experience much better. I really appreciate her hard work and how professional she was.

My time at Flannels was really good because their customer service was top-notch. I was really impressed with how quickly they replied to my emails and sorted out any problems I had without any fuss. It was so professional that I'll definitely be going back as a customer in the future. The only downside was that I found their website a bit tricky to use, which might put off others from getting in touch with their customer service.
Shorts and t-shirt
I picked up these awesome shorts and t-shirt from this place because I often notice that my favourite celebs wear stuff from here and I want to look just as fashionable. Everything fits me really well and looks fantastic, I feel like a star when I wear them 😎 Also, the delivery arrived really quickly, I didn't have to wait long at all.
Variety and prices
The range of products and prices at this shop are really good, especially with all the choices you get with Frasers Plus. The only thing that bothers me is that if you buy online, you can only return it online. It would be better if there was a way to return things in-store as well.
Wrong item received twice
I bought a jacket for my wife's birthday from Flannels, but they sent me the wrong item not once, but twice. Dealing with the returns was such a headache and took up a lot of my time, especially as the mix-up was their fault. It totally spoiled the birthday surprise for my wife, and I was really let down by the whole situation. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Clothes delivery
I recently bought some new clothes and they arrived really quickly. They look exactly like they did in the pictures online. The delivery person was so friendly and polite! Flannels is definitely the best ✨ Thanks a lot for my wonderful new clothes!
Troublesome refund process
I was really let down by the customer service at this store. It was a nightmare trying to return an item and get a refund from Flannels. They not only made me pay for return postage but also refused to give me my money back, claiming some vague 'violation of their terms'. They didn't even bother to explain or give any specific reasons, just referred me to a standard paragraph in their terms and conditions. And to make matters worse, they sent the package back to me without charging for postage, which just seemed like a petty move after all the trouble they caused me.
Belstaff jacket
I've never shopped at this online store before, but OMG, it was amazing! I found a really cool jacket and it arrived super quickly, in less than a day! The delivery updates were great as well. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Online shopping experience
I recently tried shopping online at this retailer and honestly, I was pretty let down by the lack of customer service. It was really hard to get a hold of someone when I had questions about my order, which made the whole experience really annoying. Plus, the shipping times were all over the place depending on what you bought, which wasn't great. On top of that, the international shipping and return fees were a bit steep, so I wouldn't risk buying from here unless you're 100% sure you won't need to send anything back. All in all, my time shopping here wasn't great and I'd suggest checking out other options before you buy from them.
Bargain sale
I recently bought something in a sale from this shop. At first, I was happy with how cheap the shipping was - it made the whole thing even better. But then, I had to send something back and was shocked at how much it cost. It was more than I had paid for shipping in the first place, which felt way too expensive. Now I'm not sure if I want to shop here again.
Fast customer service
The service was brilliant, Jess from the service team went out of her way to help me with a problem I had with my delivery address. She was quick, efficient, and made sure I wasn't worried. I'm really grateful for Jess and the amazing customer service she gave.
Second hand/Used items
I've had the misfortune of getting pre-owned items, not just once, but twice from this shop. Even though I tried speaking to customer service about it, all I got were vouchers for items that were too expensive and not working properly. And to top it off, the replacements they sent me were also dirty and previously used. My recent dealings with this shop have left me feeling really let down and annoyed.
Awesome service!
I recently got something really awesome and the service was absolutely fantastic! They responded so quickly and even offered me free delivery, which was really nice of them. Not many places go that extra mile. I would definitely recommend this website as top-notch.
