    I've had so many problems with the streaming service when I've been trying to watch important football matches. The match I was really excited about all season just kept buffering and cutting out constantly. It's really disappointing to see such bad quality for the high price they charge for the service. I really hope that another provider will come along soon and start offering Danish and English football matches, because it's clear that the current service just can't give a good experience. Also, I think they should offer a sports-only package option, so you don't have to pay for extra stuff like movies and TV series, especially when the selection is so limited.

    I had a bit of a nightmare dealing with a dodgy charge on my credit card recently, so I had to get in touch with customer service at this company. It wasn't smooth sailing, though. I ended up waiting over 2 months before hearing anything back from them. And when I tried to ring the number on the back of the card, it was a dead end. Supposedly, they sent me a new card, but it's been 3 months now and still no sign of it. They first said it'd take 2 weeks, but now they can't give me any solid date for when it'll show up.     I had a really bad experience trying to book a hotel that cost me a huge £2,400 and now I'm still waiting for a refund. It was a nightmare situation when the hotel suddenly cancelled my booking on the day I was meant to check in, leaving me in a panic to find somewhere else to stay in New York. Finally speaking to customer service, they said I would get a full refund plus the difference for the new place. But now I'm struggling to actually get my money back because the hotel and Booking.com are both impossible to get hold of! I'm so let down by the lack of help in getting this sorted out.

    I was really disappointed to discover that Great Plains doesn't carry size 18 dresses. Being a woman with a normal body, it's frustrating and feels unfair that they don't offer a more diverse size range. It's disappointing to see a brand I've always liked not valuing and understanding the different body shapes of their customers. Their lack of inclusivity has definitely made me not want to shop with them in the future.
