I recently bought a laptop charger from Fruugo and I have to say, it wasn't the best experience. The ordering process went okay, but there was a lack of good communication. When I had a problem with my order, the customer service team at Fruugo didn't really take responsibility and tried to blame the retailer instead. This lack of accountability made it really frustrating for me because my order never arrived, and I was still out of pocket. Not having a phone number to speak to someone directly only made it harder to sort things out quickly. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the service from Fruugo, to be honest.

Dress purchase
I bought a dress from Fruugo not too long ago, but I ended up getting the wrong one. Luckily, Rhon from customer service was really helpful and sorted it out quickly. Even though there was a mix-up at first, I was really impressed with how well they dealt with it.

I wouldn't even rate them one star but don't have the option to rate zero, terrible company where there is no way of messaging or resolving issues if you don't receive your order. AVOID they scam people and because the delivery driver took the empty package back they are clinging onto this to not deal with the theft. The driver took a picture and uploaded to say issue with delivery, they've seen proof of the email saying parcel delayed because of this. AVOID THIS SCAM/FRAUDULENT company.
