Keyring
I wouldn't even rate them one star but don't have the option to rate zero, terrible company where there is no way of messaging or resolving issues if you don't receive your order. AVOID they scam people and because the delivery driver took the empty package back they are clinging onto this to not deal with the theft. The driver took a picture and uploaded to say issue with delivery, they've seen proof of the email saying parcel delayed because of this. AVOID THIS SCAM/FRAUDULENT company.
Washing machine purchase
I recently bought a washing machine from this online marketplace and it was a really smooth and enjoyable experience. The item came quickly, was nicely packaged, and was in great condition. The seller also gave me a good discount, which was a nice bonus. I definitely suggest this site for easy shopping and great customer service. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Soft toys
Scum company do not shop with Fruugo. Misleading information. Charged me £50 plus for just 1 alpha lore soft toy. If I knew about this scam company Id go Amazon. DO NOT USE FRUUGO SCAM
