I bought a football kit from this company recently and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The kit turned up late, and when it finally arrived, the quality was just terrible. Uncomfortable chairs
I got myself 4 chairs that were supposed to be really comfortable, but they turned out to be as comfy as sitting on a pile of rocks. Dealing with their customer service felt like being stuck in a toxic friendship that you're desperate to ditch, but they just won't leave you alone. I had to fork out money to send back those dreadful chairs, and they still haven't got it sorted. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider ordering from that place again. I'd much rather stick with Wayfair, Lamps Plus, or Joybird any time.

My wife and I had a really terrible time when we booked a week-long stay at a cottage in Cornwall through this company. It was obvious that they knew about the damp problem because they had dehumidifiers and washable wallpaper everywhere.

We tried to sort things out with our credit card company and travel insurance, but it was no use - we couldn't get any compensation.

Well, I bought some car mats from this place and honestly, it was a complete disaster. To start with, they sent me the wrong size mats which didn't fit properly in my car at all. It took forever for them to even arrive, I mean it felt like I was waiting forever. And then, to top it off, I ordered more mats and it's been 3 weeks but they still haven't turned up! I requested a refund but they haven't even bothered to respond. I definitely wouldn't suggest getting anything from this place. Save your time and money, believe me.

So, I went to go book a cottage in person and this chap called Andrew was there. He seemed friendly at first, but then he started asking me odd questions like what my favourite colour is and if I've got any pets. I thought it was a bit weird, but he said it was because of some policy due to the pandemic. Then he informed me that I had to do a fitness test before booking the cottage because the stairs were really steep. I wasn't sure what he meant, but I just went along with it. Before I knew it, he was asking me to drop my trousers so he could give me a full physical! I was really confused and scared, but I went through with it anyway. And then the cleaner came in and told me that Andrew didn't actually work there! Can you imagine it? Turns out, this place isn't even real! What an absolute nightmare!
