I recently bought a black midi dress from Ghost and I have to say I am really impressed with both the product and the service I received. The website was simple to use when ordering, but I did make a daft mistake with my address once I had placed the order. I sent a quick email to the customer service team at Ghost, and they swiftly sorted out my mistake without any bother. They kept me updated throughout the whole process with tracking info on when my order would be delivered. When my dress finally turned up, it fitted me perfectly and was obviously made with care and attention to detail.
Luxurious and versatile tops
The tops in this shop are absolutely luxurious and bring a touch of elegance to any outfit. I wear them casually very often and always get compliments wherever I go. Although, I do find that I have to get them altered to fit my figure better as they are quite long. Overall, I am really happy with my buys and will definitely be coming back for more.
Two dresses for my sister's wedding
I bought two dresses for my sister's wedding recently from this company. When I got my confirmation, I was told that one of the dresses had actually been sold out, even though the system didn't catch it at first. It was really disappointing because it meant I only had one dress for the big day. The person I spoke to reassured me that the one dress left would still be sent out as normal. Unfortunately, that dress got lost in the post and I only found out three days before the wedding. That meant I had to rush to find a replacement at the last minute, which caused a lot of stress and made it hard to find something suitable.
Dress purchase disappointment
I recently bought a few dresses from an online store with the idea of trying them on to see which one suited me best. Unfortunately, I was let down when I discovered that three out of the four dresses I ordered weren't actually in stock, even though I was able to buy them on the website. That was really frustrating and annoying. Still, the fourth dress that did come was absolutely stunning and I'm really happy with it. The company did refund me for the dresses that weren't available, which I thought was good. All in all, while I'm happy with the dress I got, my experience with the online store wasn't great.
International delivery to New Zealand
I was really impressed by how quickly this company delivered my order to New Zealand - it only took a week after I paid. The service was so efficient and fast, it was even better than I expected. The only problem I had was not being able to pay directly from my UK account, which is why I had to deduct one star from my rating.
Delayed delivery, oversized clothes, handling fee
I'm really disappointed with the service I got at this place. I had to wait for over a week for my parcel to arrive, which is just not on, especially since it's coming from the UK. And when the clothes finally turned up, they were way too big and didn't fit properly at all. To make matters worse, I had to pay an extra £4.95 handling fee on top of everything. The only good thing was that they agreed to refund the fee, but that doesn't make up for the terrible shopping experience I had.
Dresses from discounted outlet
I just bought some dresses from the company's sale section online and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how nice they are. They're not just fashionable but also really well-made, so I know they'll last me a long time. The packaging was neat and looked good, which made the whole shopping experience even better.
Palm Satin Slip Midi Dress
Criminal company! I ordered the Palm Satin Slip Midi Dress in dark orange on the 29/11/2022 as part of a larger order. The dress was never received and I am still trying to get this company to refund the item that has been paid for but not delivered. Their customer service is terrible, taking weeks at a time to respond and they do not have a phone number to call. I will be taking them to court and reporting them to trading standards as it is illegal to operate this way.
Dress
Sales assistant Seema ignored me and she just standing around talking with earphones after that she left the shop floor.At one point I tried to look at a dress and I ask help but I felt like it was rude nonetheless, as she didn't even acknowledge me with other options, been told to go to next… Just an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere.

I got an interview to attend next summer, I have been wondering what to wear to look stylish and official. Then I came across the Ghost clothing brand. I went through their catalog and my eyes caught this eye-catching top and a matching skirt. I checked through the price and discovered it was quite affordable. I placed an order and trust me I got my delivery on the exact date that was given to me. They were neatly packed and delivered without stains. I touched the material and was so excited as they were made of high-quality fabrics.
Ready for my interview and would always patronize the Ghost company and recommend it to my friends.
