My experience with the campervan rental had its ups and downs. The pick-up process went smoothly, and the van had everything we needed like bed sheets and kitchenware, which made our road trip stress-free. Driving and parking the van was easy, and having a Caravan and Motorhome Club subscription was a great bonus. However, we faced some problems with the van's engine during the trip, leading to a couple of 10-minute breakdowns. Also, the bed in the van wasn't very comfy, one side even collapsed during the night, affecting our sleep.

The signed print was a big reason why I preordered the package, so it's not right to take my money and not give me what I was promised.

It's not the first time I've had problems with them. Even though I gave them my full delivery address, they keep saying their drivers can't find it. If this carries on, I might have to go somewhere else for my shopping because I can't count on EVRI to get my orders to me properly. I've even complained directly to them, but it's still an issue.

My granddaughter loves the shoes, but she obviously wants the correct size. It's been three days since I first contacted customer service, and I still haven't received a return label to fix the problem. Car rental booking with delays
I rented a mid-sized SUV through a third-party website, but when I got to the pickup location, there wasn't any SUV available which caused a delay of nearly 2 hours. I even paid extra for early pickup but the vehicle wasn't ready as they had promised. After a month of investigating, the response I got from the third-party website was really disappointing. They didn't want to give me a refund and used proof of payment and the signed rental agreement as their reasons. The evidence they showed me clearly proved the delay in getting the vehicle, but they chose to ignore it. This whole experience has left me with a bad impression and I won't be using their services again.

The customer service team at Lightzey wouldn't admit fault for the missing items, which was really annoying. After trying many times to sort it out with them, I had to get the courier company to say the parcel was lost so I could get a refund. Dealing with Lightzey was a real headache, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
