    Hi,

    Hope you are well,

    I received my parcel and everything was fine, I needed to return the item as I ordered the wrong size,

    I have already ordered another pair which is the correct size,

    I was having difficulty on how to return the parcel,

    I emailed you several times, 3 4 times, I did not Recieve any response,

    It'd be great if someone can we deal with my request, but there's no point, the 14 days are up now, you probably not going to accept my return,
