    Courier pick-up service disappointment

    I recently arranged for a courier to come pick something up, thinking it would be quick and easy. They said they'd come between 10.09 and 1.09, but *surprise surprise,* no one turned up at all during that time. So, I basically wasted my whole day waiting around for nothing. It really makes me doubt the reliability and professionalism of courier services, especially when they're supposed to be linked to big names like The Post Office/Royal Mail. Maybe they need to tighten up their act a bit so that this kind of let-down doesn't happen as often. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time waiting for a service that never even shows up.

    I recently tried to buy some garden tools from this company, but my order got cancelled and refunded because of Brexit. I've shopped with them many times before and never had any problems, so I was really surprised and let down when I got the message. They said customs delays and higher exporting costs because of Brexit are making it not worth it for them to ship to the UK.     Oh my goodness, I got this car air freshener refill and it was really awesome! It arrived surprisingly quickly, even faster than I expected. The packaging was really sleek and simple to open. I just had to insert the fragrance refill and clip it onto my car's air vent. And you know what? It smells absolutely fantastic! It's been three weeks already and my car still smells amazing.     I had a bit of a situation with this company when I ordered a polo shirt from them back in early December. Unfortunately, I didn't get any confirmation after I made the purchase, which stressed me out as I needed the shirt before Christmas. When I tried to cancel the order over the phone and through email, they told me it was already on its way and couldn't be cancelled. Finally, the shirt arrived four weeks later, well after the season had passed.

    When I tried to send the shirt back for a refund, the company didn't want to cooperate and said they never got it back. They told me to speak to Royal Mail for compensation, which I found really frustrating. This goes against the rules for distance selling, which is not good for their reputation. After lots of attempts to sort it out, I had to involve my bank to get a refund. It's pretty clear to me, from my own experience and hearing from others, that any good reviews for this company are probably fake.

    Booking a holiday apartment near Barcelona

    Our experience with VRBO was pretty good. The rental was just as described, and I would have given it top marks. The landlord and property definitely deserved it. But for some reason, my top rating has been mysteriously dropped to 8/10. Trying to get in touch with this company feels like banging your head against a brick wall - they seem to be hiding out in Ireland behind all their electronic defences. I'm not saying you won't have an alright time as a customer with VRBO, but reaching them is a task in itself. My advice? Steer clear of this company!!!

    I've been really impressed with the cat food and litter I bought from Republic of Cats. Their service has always been top-notch, with a personal and friendly touch that really makes them stand out.     My time at Bluecrest Wellness was a bit of a mixed bag. I found booking the appointment to be straightforward, the location was convenient, and the clinician I saw was friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the efficiency of the service. Despite being told I'd get my results link within 8 days, it actually took 10 days and a reminder for me to finally receive it. To add to that, the hard copy of the report was even later than expected, with the 3 weeks they said it would take turning into 6 weeks before I eventually got it after several reminders. If it weren't for these delays, my experience would have been much better.

    Lightweight linen trousers and linen shirts purchase

    I popped into the store on King's Road the other day looking for some comfy linen trousers to rock in the warm weather. Ended up snagging two super cool pairs, but they needed a bit of tweaking for the perfect fit. Went back to pick them up and stumbled upon the Potofino collection of linen shirts in the most gorgeous colours. Couldn't resist and ended up grabbing four of them! The clothes were top-notch quality, with the design and craftsmanship details really standing out.

    The staff at the store were so lovely and helpful. Can't remember all their names, but they were all so attentive and really went out of their way to help me with my choices. Plus, they even offered me a refreshing espresso and some Prosecco as I browsed around - what a nice touch!

    All in all, it was a fantastic shopping spree, and I'll definitely be heading back there in the future. Cheers to more shopping adventures at that place!

    I am not that much shopaholic, but i usually bought my winter clothes from here whenever i need. reasons:-
    1, none can give the quality Lyle and Scott is giving, like literally no one. i have a sweatshirt which i bought from here and still, the quality is superb. there is nothing uncomfortable when i wear . also the fabric is still same, no little dots over my sweatshirt. which is a huge relief. because i hate it
    2. the price is not that high, i can actually buy if i want something within a month. also, they are offering collections of winter wears which is awesome
    3. mostly winter clothes are heavy in weight and if i want to travel then either i have to lose some clothes or have to pack more bags. the sweaters and cloths i buy from here is light in weight which makes my luggage light too
