Coat purchase
I recently bought a coat online from a boutique and to be honest, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The packaging the coat came in was a bit tatty and scruffy, like they didn't really care much about getting it ready for shipping. It felt like they just chucked it into an old box without much thought. So, when I had to package it up again for return, it was a bit of a faff and really frustrating. I've never received such badly packaged stuff from a store that's all about designer clothes. I was expecting a bit more finesse and attention to detail from a boutique that's on its own.
Then, to add to the disappointment, my coat didn't show up on the day it was supposed to. I got in touch with a staff member and she said I could contact her for help. But when I did, she just told me to get in touch with the courier myself. It was pretty annoying that there wasn't more communication or a willingness to help out customers.
On top of all that, there wasn't even an invoice or returns label in the package, so I had to go through the whole rigmarole of requesting a return, waiting for it to be processed, and then sorting out a returns label myself. It was a real pain that there wasn't any other option for those of us without a printer. All in all, the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail left me feeling pretty let down by this boutique.Bikini order cancelled
My first experience with this company wasn't great. I ordered a bikini, used a first-time order discount code, but then got a refund email with no explanation for why my order was cancelled. To add to that, I saw the same bikinis I ordered still for sale on their website, with all sizes available. It seems like they just didn't honour the discount code I used. This kind of behaviour is not on and very disappointing. What's even more annoying is the lack of communication - I've tried getting in touch multiple times but got no response at all. Overall, I'm really unhappy with my experience and won't be buying from them again.
