Pet supplies
I ordered some pet supplies recently, but I was disappointed to not receive any acknowledgment of my order. I tried calling customer service several times, but couldn't get through. Feeling frustrated, I sent an email as a last-ditch attempt, but still didn't receive a reply. It's really frustrating to spend money on something and not even get a simple update on the order. The lack of care and communication from the company is not good, and it makes me think twice about shopping here again.
Chicken feed purchase
I can't believe the terrible service I've had from this company. They haven't delivered my order, and I can't even reach them. I've tried emailing and calling, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They've taken my money but don't seem bothered about actually delivering my stuff. And to top it off, they're using Yodel for delivery, a company with a bad reputation. Yodel has promised my delivery four times already, but my package is still at their depot, according to tracking. It's so frustrating to see my money wasted on such a careless and unprofessional company.
Pet food order
I ordered some pet food from this place and it took ages to arrive! I had to email them to ask about my order and when it finally arrived, the box was all smashed up and the food was infested with bugs. It was disgusting and I had to throw it all away. I won't be ordering from there again!
Recent order issue
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I've always been really happy with the products and service I've received. But lately, I've had a couple of orders that didn't go so well. Both times, only half of my delivery turned up, and I had to chase them up several times to get the rest. I tried to find out what was going on, but they didn't bother to keep me updated. I had to wait way longer than I expected to get a refund for the stuff that never arrived. It's a real shame to see the service I used to rely on go downhill like this.
Recent order experience
There was a bit of a wait with getting updates and getting my order delivered, but eventually, I did get it after getting in touch with customer service. It was a bit disappointing that I didn't hear back from the company until I nudged them a bit. The product itself was fine, but the lack of communication really affected how I felt about the whole experience with the company.
4 packets of hedgehog food
I ordered 4 packets of hedgehog food and they came well packaged. It did take about a week from when I ordered for them to arrive. The notifications I got were not very detailed, but they did the job.
