    Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money.

    Onbuy owes me £500 in compensation for the time I wasted listing 460 products. This company canceled my sales account causing me financial loss. Furthermore, this company owes me £200 for the time lost due to red tape. Even though I met their conditions (company documents, positive reviews, proof of product ownership, etc.), they did not allow me to sell with them. In addition, this company robed me off from the £22.80 I paid them for "selling rights" even though the service was not delivered to me. Onbay are scammers who just want to rob you of your time and money. I am appealing to the control and security authorities to investigate these fraudsters and will seek compensation through the courts.

    AVOID! Awful company. Sneakily signed me up to subscription without me knowing after free box. As soon as I noticed and contacted them to cancel, refund and stop dispatch they refused and basically said its tough luck. I would certainly not recommend, very overpriced and jot very friendly or helpful customer service. AVOID!

    Be prepared if there is any issue they will be rude and not look for any resolution.
    In my experience I placed an order for flowers that were due to arrive on the 17th October. As stated in the website delivery times and all confirmation emails (it was ordered on the 15th am).
    The flowers did not arrive and when questioned the answer was well delays are in our terms and conditions. The person the flowers were for was only at the location on the 17th.
    If there was an issue for filling i would have purchased elsewhere. When pressed further I was told "well they come from Nottingham to Belfast so they will take a day longer at least to be delivered. Delays are in our terms and conditions that you agreed too".
    At the point of sale on the website and delivery dates shown published and agreed to or subsequent emails no indication that the delivery location would cause an issue or known extra time or delay. Despite them knowing from placement of the order they could not forfil the delivery date agreed.

    They verbally confirmed logistically the delivery date was impossible for them and never achievable.
    So why not state that to the customer in the website and put it in the with an additional day as the proposed delivery date.

    Please don't lie to your customers as you have me. I called them regarding the above. They were rude refered to small print and T&C's and refused any goodwill/ refund or acceptance of fault.

    A delivery date that can be achieved and isn't impossible from the point of taking the money and transaction is all I would have wanted.
    Or at least to have been informed of the extra logistical issues they always have in their supply chain to Belfast. Thats fine just let your customers know and - Add an addiontal day. Publish it based on destination.

    Then I'm not being deliberately mis lead. I can then make an informed decision to purchase or use someone else who can meet the time window you said you would.

    I will never use them again. My advice would be to avoid.
    I belive you learn alot about a company and its credibility when issues arise & how they chose to treat customers.

    If you have read this far in the review im please as it was quite long.. I will await the default reply as you see on the other reviews with issues below.. they don't show any actual resolution so be aware. I will update this review if I do get any genuine resolution.. but I imagine like below I will get a default we are sorry our team will contact you to resolve blah blah blah.. but in reality they are happy to take your money deliver late provide poor service and products with the expectation you won't get a refund or pursue the matter to get your money back.

    Happy to be proved wrong... but wish I read these reviews before.

They signed me up for membership which I did not agreed to they lured out my bank detail which were only intended for the postage ! This kind of behaviour reminds me more of scammer than legitimate company shame on you Vitl .

    Awful service. First of all, they waited until I had made my payment to communicate that the course was rescheduled. Then, they promised access to the course for the period of one year after it finished, which wasn't true. What is more, I couldn't join to some of the live videos due to failures in the platform. Afterwards, when I tried to watch the recording of them they weren't available. So in the end I couldn't watch some of the videos of the course. The customer service is there only to write that they can't do anything and make you waste time.

    Avoid at all costs. Boots travel Insurance’s underwriters (the insurer Union Reiseversicherung) taking the risk will not honour the insurance contract when a claim is made. In 2017 I had an annual multi travel insurance policy which included North America and the Caribbean. I was covered for up to £5'000'000. After a very brief spell at the hospital in Los Angeles I inevitably utilised the insurance contract. As per the terms of the agreement I had paid the excess fee on discharge. Several months later I received an invoice for the treatment, it was in the region of $2500 which was being demanded from me from the hospital. It was then referred to the insurers to settle which their clams handlers (Travel Claims Facilities) said they would handle. Little while afterwards I was still being pursued for the monies from the hospital and now debt collections operating in Switzerland. After making the complaints and following the correct protocols of claims and complaints it was referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Yesterday the 7th September 2020 I was told by the Financial Ombudsman service that my complaint is being upheld (as per their original decision) and the medical bill and compensation is to be paid to me. Originally Boots travel insurance's underwriter Union Reiseversicherung had disputed the compensation but agreed to pay the medical costs. Yesterday The Financial Ombudsman service said the Insurer agreed the compensation but are point blank refusing to settle the medical costs which was contrary to their original reason for their dispute.

    The schedule of insurance cover is up to five million pounds, however the insurer refuses to pay $2500. Boots travel insurance is selling unscrupulous insurance and is to be avoided at all costs.

    Today 8th September 2020, I have been informed in writing by the debt collections team that Travel Claims Facilities and URV Union Reiseversicherung (Which is sold by Boots travel insurance) are globally know to medical practices – some hospitals will not bill them anymore and are demanding payment up front. This is dangerous and puts YOU the client at RISK !!!

    Imagine YOU needing 5 Million pounds worth of treatment and has to be paid up front because the insurer (Sold to you by Boots travel Insurance) is known for knocking medical practitioners and hospitals.

    There is evidence to suggest that the insurance sold by boots is unscrupulous. On the Financial ombudsman Service's website, more than 50 percent of the complaints against Union Reiseversicherung (That’s Boots travel insurance's underwriters if you have forgotten) have been upheld against them.

    The summer of 2017 was when the insurance was required and as of today 8th September 2020 the medical bill has still not been paid. This amount of time to settle a clients liabilities is ludicrous in the extreme. Travel Claims Facilities and URV's (Union Reiseversicherung) excuse was that the costs were too expensive and unreasonable.

    Boots travel insurance should not be selling financial products such as this.

    Wines are excellent, delivery time is about three to four weeks. Factor this in and order a month before you actually need it and you’ll be fine. Cannot be beaten for value for money. Must agree about communications but hey this is Italy!

    Free for 4 weeks is a good offer but isn't enough to complete a 32 lesson course (at 2 lessons per week, no faster option possible) and they want you to buy the "Toolkit" to get the presentation slides.
    Content was good and the lecturer's pace suited me though some might find it a bit too fast; but you can always watch the recording.
    I question the delivery approach where you have to schedule lessons at a specific time... seems an odd way to do it if you are used to MOOCs where you can learn as fast as you like or slow it down.

    NOTE: I work in e-commerce and know they're violating regulations.

    I ordered some shirts from them on March 14th, and 6 weeks later, I still have not received my purchase, as well as NO TRACKING INFO.
    The link they provided did not work, and I spent two weeks going back-and-forth with Giovoss support just to be told "not to worry", as they refused to process a cancellation or provide a working tracking number. They also told me that they only accepted returns within 60 MINUTES of placing an order.

    The fact they didn't provide shipping information within 30 days of placing my order means that they are legally obligated by the FTC's Federal Code of Regulations to either:
    A) Offer me an immediate cancellation and refund
    B) Get my consent for further shipping delays
    Giovoss did neither of these things, which is illegal. For reference, Look up the FTC SEC 435.2

    IN ADDITION: Telling me that cancellations are only possible within 60 minutes of placing an order violates the FTC regulation for cool-down periods (Super easy to find: "FTC Cool-Down")

    To anyone else who has been unfairly treated by this company, please file a complaint against them with the FTC! It's the only tool we consumers have to bring bad actors like this in line. You can file a complaint easily (takes 3 minutes), just search for "FTC Consumer Complaint"

    Let's do more than write bad reviews here, let's hold Giovoss accountable!

    Three of us have all had the same experience

    They advertise that items are in stock. You order. They take your money. Nothing arrives so you email and query. They reply saying they are waiting on a new supply. You wait untill they decide to get you your order then you get it after waiting weeks. Three of us all had the same thing happen and no amount of complaints get them to hurry. The last instance they refunded when they were told a complaint was going to be made to PayPal. I'm guessing what they do is take orders, have your money sat in their account and once a month they order all the stuff their customers want from their suppliers then when they receive the items they then post on to us customers. You can save money buying from them but I think it would be more honest if at the point of ordering they don't state that items are in stock and should instead explain the long wait that will ensue

    But APE still need to pay some more attention to improve services.
    Attendant at parking area came little late as I was in hurry. This is good facility to leave your car secured at right place.My nearest Airport Glasgow. I cannot say about other UK airports ,may everything ok.
    They also provide Hotel bookings what I haven't yet rendered.But I appreciate such services.

    In hotel section I was once choose residential and surprised to that accommodation as I was not never experienced before.
    Well, mostly I have used hotels when I use to travel outside,so diffently thanks Skyscanner for this option given to customer's.
    Car rental was quite similar then my previous tours but I would like to suggest ,you must try residential stay option through Skyscanner,you may love this.
