    Bird food purchase

    I recently bought some bird food from this shop and it was a bit of a nightmare. I ordered it on the 8th and got an email on the 10th saying it was on its way with a tracking number. But by the 15th, it still hadn't arrived. I tried contacting the shop by email and phone, but got no reply. Turns out Yodel had my package, but it was under a different company name. Anyway, it eventually arrived all safe and sound, well wrapped up to avoid any damage. The shop did get back to me on the delivery day, so I'm bumping up my rating to 3 stars.

    I recently ordered some chicken feed and a coop from this place, and I was really looking forward to setting it all up for my new feathered friends. When my order arrived, everything was perfect except for one item missing. I got in touch with the company, and they were really helpful in sorting it out. Turns out, there was a problem with the courier. They kept me informed and made sure I received my missing item quickly. I'm really pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend them to any other chicken enthusiasts out there!

    I was a bit worried when I only got half of my order from Little Peckers, but they sorted it out. I emailed them and they quickly got back to me, promising that the rest of my items would be sent soon. And they were right - the next day, the second half of my order arrived. They explained that they split it up because it was bulky, which makes sense. I'm pleased with how it turned out, but it would have been easier if both parts had come together.

    I was really surprised by how much different types of wild bird food and bits and bobs were on offer at that shop. They had absolutely everything I could think of to keep my little birdy pals content in my garden. The prices were fair and everything seemed really good quality. I'll definitely be going back there for all my bird feeding stuff from now on.

    I was really let down by the customer service and slow delivery times at Little Peckers. I tried emailing them multiple times but got no response at all. It was so hard to know what was happening with my order, and I felt ignored and frustrated. On top of that, my items took ages to arrive and there were no updates on when they would be delivered. Overall, I had a really bad experience with Little Peckers and I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.

    Online bird food order

    I ordered some bird food online not too long ago and I'm afraid I've run into a bit of bother. I placed my order on the 18th of May, but here we are on the 28th and my order still hasn't been sorted or sent out. I even dropped them an email to check on the status, but I haven't had any reply. It's been a real pain dealing with this lack of communication and the delay in getting my order. I had to get some bird food from another supplier today because I'd run out, which has cost me extra money, all while Little Peckers has got my payment and I'm still waiting for my stuff. It's safe to say I'm very unhappy with this whole situation and I won't be using their service again.

    I ordered some pet food and it was a nightmare! It took ages for them to send it, and when it finally arrived, the box was in bits and the bag of food was torn open and crawling with bugs! I tried to talk to customer service, but they were hopeless and made me jump through hoops to show what went wrong. It was gross and I won't be ordering from them anymore!

    Recent chicken feed purchase

    I'm a regular customer and I've always been happy with the quality and price of the chicken feed I buy here. My latest order, placed on a Sunday, arrived promptly the next Saturday, all nicely packaged and correct. Even though there have been some issues with delivery and communication before, this time it all went without a hitch. Little Peckers is still the best choice for the feed I like, so I'll keep on shopping here. Thanks a lot.

    Monkey nuts purchase

    I bought some monkey nuts from this shop not long ago and I have to say, they are top-notch quality and great value for money. Unfortunately, I did have a problem with a dodgy batch recently. But luckily, Jules from customer services was really helpful and sorted it out quickly. I was impressed by how fast they followed up and sent me a replacement straight away.     I have to say, I was a bit unsure about buying from this place at first because of some iffy reviews I read. But you know what? I decided to go for it anyway, and I'm really pleased I did! The fat balls I ordered came in great condition and were packaged well. It seems like this place has promise, but they do need to work on a few things like not saying items are sent when they're not or being slow to reply to emails.     I recently bought a bird feeder from this company, and I have to say, the delivery service is just terrible. I ordered it on the 11th of June, and their website said it would arrive in 3-5 days. But after they packed my order, I didn't hear anything else from them. No updates, no notifications, nothing at all. I sent them three emails, but only got a reply on the 27th of June. And to top it off, there's no phone number you can use to speak to them directly. It's really disappointing, to be honest.

    I bought some peanut granules from this store not long ago and honestly, I was really let down. I had to wait ages for it to be delivered and when it finally showed up, the birds in my garden wouldn't touch them. I've been feeding my wild birds kibbled peanuts for ages and they've always loved them, but this brand from Little Peckers was a total flop. I was expecting something good quality and dependable, but sadly, that wasn't what I got.

    I ordered some pet supplies recently, but I was disappointed to not receive any acknowledgment of my order. I tried calling customer service several times, but couldn't get through.     I can't believe the terrible service I've had from this company. They haven't delivered my order, and I can't even reach them. I've tried emailing and calling, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They've taken my money but don't seem bothered about actually delivering my stuff. And to top it off, they're using Yodel for delivery, a company with a bad reputation. Yodel has promised my delivery four times already, but my package is still at their depot, according to tracking. It's so frustrating to see my money wasted on such a careless and unprofessional company.
