Skin Care Products
As many others, I have had a fair share of skin diseases in my life. It was never my intention or hoped to get such. Things one never wished for in life do happen sometimes and you can only try to battle to defeat it. That was my case. Because of the skin diseases, I visited many skin care manufacturers and shops who claimed to have solutions to my problems. I would desist from mentioning their names but I'm pained that I spent so much money buying their products which never worked. All thanks to L'Occitane whose products I tried and they work for me - clearing all the eczema and rashes. Today, I have my skin and body care needs as I always wanted. Kudos to L'Occitane.
Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare products online and honestly, I'm quite disappointed with how things have turned out. The ordering part was fine, but the real letdown was the delivery. I placed my order towards the end of March and got an email on the 9th of April saying that my items had been shipped. However, it's now the 18th of April and there's still no sign of my package. I've sent multiple emails asking about my order, and while the customer service team has been nice in their replies, they haven't been able to give me any clear answers. It's frustrating to have paid for something that hasn't arrived yet, and I'm starting to wonder if it ever will. All in all, a very disappointing shopping experience.
Product not delivered
I ordered something online more than a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out. When I tried to call their customer service, the number was closed. Then I tried to reach out through their website but got an error message instead. Since I haven't heard anything from them, I decided to open a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
