    If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order back in December for a high value item and so to ensure I made the correct decision I went in store to seek the advice from a sales advisor. I showed the sales advisor how I wanted the item to look in my home and they drew a diagram of how this would look, I therefore placed the order based upon their recommendation. At no point did the sales advisor advise that the item would look differently in my home when delivered.
    When the item was delivered it was quite clear that it did not match how I had shown the sales advisor and so I tried to make a complaint and have the item simply swapped. Upon contacting the store I received a rude, unhelpful and argumentative response from the store manager. I was offered a swap of the item at a further cost to me of over £100 which I considered unacceptable given the amount I had already spent in store.
    In light of the above, I raised the issue further with the CEO and once again was met with a rude and unhelpful response. I note other reviews with similar experiences when dealing with customer care. After this experience I would never use this company again and would urge others to reconsider purchasing from here also.

    Ordered my carpet 4 times. First one was damaged, second one was lost, third one they couldn’t guarantee that they’d have enough stock, 4th one finally arrived but doesn’t feel very nice. Couldn’t get through to their customer service team on the phone, but I could chat to them via the website or if I emailed, it would take a few days for a response. Not the best experience.

    Update: 1 Dec - charged over £20 for trying to call Flooring Superstores Customer Service (they never answer - just automated options), we have since discovered tramlines in our carpet as a result of poor quality control and poor warehouse storage (damage is caused by a large heavy object being driven or rolled over the carpet). i have been offered a £30 refund if i change my review. This is unacceptable! tyrying to incentivise customers to leave good reviews - i have asked for a full refund of the carpet, plus if they want, they can come and take the old one away.

    2 months later and i still can't get a refund for a sub standard product or shocking service.

I couldn't blame her because I was once in her shoes and didn't know the right place to go get my phone parts replaced untill I discovered Replace Base. Having been meeting up with my part needs satisfactorily, I had to refer my sister to check them up for anything phone and electronic gadgets replaced. She did and came back satisfied because her needs were also met. As someone who has used the products and services of Replace Base, I believe I stand a good chance to recommend the company on a positive note for others.

    When we had electricity issues in our new apartment, my husband and I never knew how were going to go about it. At night, the whole house would be dark and cold then I suggested we get some candles to lighten up the house at night pending till we can finally get electricity. He accepted the idea and went online to search for very good candles to buy and use, then he talked of shearer candles. It was there that we were able to find different type of candles and accessories like candle holders, wax burner, candle making kits, and many more. The candles were helpful and also they were durable to use.

    I was a little nervous initially when ordering from Coveti as I hadn't heard of them or ordered from them before, but I was happy with my experience. They were very quick to respond to enquiries and although my skirt took a few weeks to arrive, this was due to the lockdown in Australia and not their fault that shipping was delayed.     Many reviews on another well known platform as well as this one demonstrate that this lot are ready to take your cash but seemingly reluctant to deliver your goods. If you have had the same experience then its time to clamour for change on as many platforms as you can. Help us all get rid of scammers

    I placed a order of the double doorbell for 3 to 5 working day delivery. It came in 2 days. Incredibledirect service is pretty impressive and pricing is on point. I will disagree with Stewart claim and I would recommend these guys

    I am able to book my classes around my schedule and even reschedule if something comes up in another area of my life. The instruction is top notch and I can review my lessons whenever I feel I need to.
    The instructors and support staff are great at keeping you on track and encouraging you to keep going.
    The best part of all is that it is completely affordable for me. My current budget would not allow me to get this kind of education elsewhere.

    Recently I started different courses in Shaw academy. Everything is good and understandable. They provided courses for reachable fee's.

    Love the feeling of feeling accomplished

    Recently started the Financial Investments course and so far I am learning a lot through this program.

    I like the course. I would recommend it to everyone

    The teaching material was graphically top-notch! very well explained but could do with some less speed in the presentation since not everyone learns at such a fast pace.

    I find the course outlay is great! Though they say the course is free it consitently pops up with purchasing your certificate which in my mind shouldve been clearly stated it has to be paid for...a bit misleading....In the course outlays; I would've liked an actual interactive session versus automated responses....though a course is free you should give your audience at least close to the same experience a paid client would get, this in turn can boost reviews. Overall, I'm thinking of doing another course and noticed some of my friends are already doing courses

    Online class is easy to learn

    Just finished the first lesson in the Diploma of Digital Marketing and it surpassed my expectations. Very slick, informative, very useful for myself as I am career market researcher, specialising in ad research and wanting to plug any gaps in my understanding of digital media which now accounts for over 50% of ad spend in Australia. If the course remains as useful as the first lesson, it will be brilliant! Thanks

    Good online classes ,but must provide subtitles in different languages or atleast in English

    Great opportunity, excellent system and follow-up etc. I also love the lecturer. Every point is explained clearly and made easy to understand.
    My reservation is in the aspect of cost of study. One may come into program with a mindset that it's free only to find that they have materials to purchase (I understand these materials are optional but every serious student would want it) and then pay for the certificate also.
    I suggest you give potential students a hint at what to expect cost wise so one will not be found in a fix in the middle of the program or even miss such a good opportunity.

    What can I say. I love Shaw Academy! The free offerings are a God send. While we are social distancing we can still get our learning on. I am currently taking a guitar, photography, and coding course. Very challenging, but thorough. Great instructors and great follow-up. Thanks SA!

    This online learning platform has been my source of inspiration and motivation during this pandemic. For a person like me who is passionate about learning, this has offered me a lot of new concepts on Digital marketing and Finance which would massively help me, moving forward. These new learning will help me adopt and make myself relevant in the new normal. The lessons are short but full of good content.     A was scrolling down on Facebook and saw the promotion for 4 weeks , I've been thinking about developing my knowledge in a few topics related to my job. Overall is a good plataform for learning online, classes are straightforward and easy to follow.
    I'm not quite happy about the amount of emails that they send with reminders and mistakes about classes not being taken, maybe that can be improved.
    I will definitely recommend and already did to my family and friends.

    I just started the course today and it was awesome. Everything is really on point. The massages are clear . The only area I think should be worked upon is that that the lectures is a bits faster. I am glad I enrolled.

    I recently joined shaw academy for different courses, i am enjoying it, attended two lecture yet, and they were awesome...

    The tutoring has been very understanding and concise to the study. Today is my second class and i'm loving it!

    I signed up using a trial version which is supposedly free for a couple weeks. They take your credit card information and indicate that it will be charged by X date if the subscription is not cancelled by then. Fair enough, so I proceeded to sign up. This is where the issues began:
    1. I then proceeded to schedule my classes - twice a week since apparently the only way to attend class is by being locked into this schedule. So much for on-demand learning... Next issue:
    2. Every time you login, the Shaw Academy website continuously sends you pop ups about a toolkit and an e-certificate which cost GBP 29.95 each. Being unaware of what the toolkit contained, I clicked on the link for more information only to realise that they automatically charged my card through a one-click process. This dishonest manner they go about charging you for a toolkit with a one click purchase has left a bad taste in my mouth and this is not a trustworthy manner of gaining repeat business or gaining the trust of existing customers and made me want to cancel everything immediately. I then went though the support and billings channels to request the refund because I had no intentions of downloading or accessing the toolkit. They indicate that refunding is not in keeping with their policy. I will be following up on this matter to access my refund.
    3. Next issue I continue to encounter is that the online platform is not very user friendly and even when I attend classes on the scheduled days, they send you multiple messages - email, text, app notifications - saying that you have missed a class and your educator is waiting for you to attend and to reschedule. The platform is inefficient, lacking and frustrating. Today I was on the go and therefore signed in to attend class on my phone. Well what a waste of time that was. After the timer counted down to the start of the class, the recording never played through I signed in over and over and even followed the link they sent by text.
    4. Soon after registration, they also provide a link and invite you to join FB Messenger as a means of class reminders. This link is broken so don't waste your time attempting. Support is slow and lacking. They create a ticket and eventually get back to you mixing up issues and the responses to them. So many issues to warn unsuspecting learners about.
    5. Message overload: They send so many messages via multiple means: email, through app notification, text messaging. Rather than this barrage of messages, they should focus on setting up an efficient platform that saves learners time rather than frustrate them.
    Unfortunately this experience has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this to anyone.

    Ordered a piece of furniture, however a few days on was told it would be in their warehouse within a week but the very next day I received a call to say the piece had been discontinued therefore ‘do I want something else?’ ‘Absolutely not’ I replied! ‘Refund —- pronto!’ They told me that I must write request a refund in writing. 10 days on and they have not even begun the refund process. Therefore, these deplorable criminal weasels will be hearing from the police very shortly! POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE — TRUSTPILOT IS REPLETE WITH DISGRUNTLED RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS !!

    Last month (in July ) I had ordered Alo Yoga, one gym bag, yoga mate ,and one capris but they delivered late. This was my 9th order since I started with TSE. This is never happened but I was assured,due to some courier problem , delivered late. Else I had never any issue either of return,price and quality of products

    Avoid at all costs.
    Customer service is terrible. Didn't listen to anything, Cancelled engineer on day of service even though I had to keep rechecking to make sure he would call. I went ballistic as took day off work for them as a Landlord I had to go to the properties after my meltdown they then rang within 1/2 hour to then get the engineer to call. They rang to say no one at property so engineer left. No engineer was there. They took my number down wrongly even though I went through it several times. I asked for engineer's number, but they wouldn't give it. I can go on telling you of what I've been through with them. They just mess you about. No one knows what each other is doing. They charge you call out fees of £75 even though you've paid the excess in the policy! Absolute disgrace.

    This company is a con. I had a boiler contract with them for 6 months, my boiler was in perfect working order, they came for a annual service, and said a small plastic cap was missing (I had been using the boiler for over 10 years and never had any problems). They ended up to capped the gas pipe and promised to return in two days with the part. That was in November. Then a nightmare started. They repeated telling me they didn't have the part, after a week, I ordered the part myself online and it arrived the next day. They refused to come out and cancelled my contract. I had to take another contract from British Gas and ended cost almost £600 for the year. This company is now using the name warranty people to run the business, probably because the poor reviews.

    A long wait but happy with my clothes

    I had to wait a long time for my package - I think almost 3 weeks in total I'm not sure exactly
    but now that it has arrived I am satisfied. It all fits well for both me and my friend.

    I bought a dress for the summer and it was very cheap, and I also got two shirts for my friend, which also fit well and are beautifully finished.
