Shoes and boots
Wow, I just have to say, the stuff I got here is amazing! I bought loads of shoes and boots, like 16 pairs, and they are all so cool. The quality is top-notch and the style is spot on. Seriously, Lux to Kill deserves all the praise because their stuff is fantastic! I really hope they win loads of awards because they are just that awesome.
Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from their website, but I've been really let down by the poor communication and customer service. I sent two emails asking about my order, but didn't get any reply. What's worse, I found out the website has been shut down. I ordered over a week ago and haven't heard anything since getting the confirmation email. Now I'm not sure if I'll even get the items I paid for.
Two pairs of cargos, two tops, 1 pair of jeans
Do not buy from here! Waited over 5 weeks for my parcel and still not here, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they do not value their customers and are very reluctant to hand out refund or compensation, refusing to give me one. I’ve spent so much money on my first order from here and starting to think it’s a scam, save your time and money guys!
