Two skirts purchase
I recently bought two skirts and accidentally ordered one in the wrong size. I sent off an email to fix it before shipping, and was surprised to receive a quick reply from someone called Anais. She sorted out the issue in the same email and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. It was a fast and satisfying solution!
My new jeans and cargos

Monthly orders
I've been shopping with this company for a while now and I have to say, I've always had a good experience. But on my last order, there were some items missing from my delivery. Anais from customer service dealt with it quickly and made sure the missing items were sent out again without any trouble. I really appreciated the efficient and apologetic service I received. In general, I enjoy supporting smaller businesses like this because they know how to provide top-notch customer service.

I ordered something on the 23rd of April and I haven't heard anything from the company since then. Even though they're constantly promoting their sale on social media, it looks like they're not bothering to focus on delivering orders or helping customers. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by the lack of updates and communication from them.

I recently bought a pair of Tacey Satin Pumps from an online store because I really liked the elegant design and the promise of high-quality materials. However, I haven't got my parcel yet, even though the website said it would take 2-3 working days for delivery. It's been over a week now, and I'm starting to worry about where my order is. I know the company is dealing with a lot of orders at the moment and is closing down, which might be causing delays. So, if you're thinking of ordering from them, just be aware that there could be some issues. I've checked on my parcel, and it's good to know it's on its way. I'm looking forward to getting it soon and finally being able to enjoy it after waiting for so long.

Anais was absolutely lovely when I dropped her an email about my order. I was really surprised by how quickly she replied, and she got straight to the point. She even sorted out another problem for me because she responded so promptly. I asked her a few more questions, but she was always patient and helpful.
