Buying a gift for my mom especially during mother's day celebration should be something unique and worth the moment. My mom being someone who loves ethical clothing left me with no option than to source for it. Sourcing for such ethical dresses was challenging but I finally found it on Luxe To Kill. So I bought products like luxe wears, shoes and accessories for her. It's been a good decision as the clothes and other products bought worth the efforts. More interesting is the fact that my mom love the products a lot and of course wish for more. For luxe ethically made clothing and accessories for women, I recommend Luxe To Kill.
Jeans purchase, exchange request
I bought a pair of jeans recently from the store, but they turned out to be too big for me. I asked for an exchange and I found the whole process to be quite smooth. They kept me informed about receiving my return, which made me feel better about everything. However, I didn't get a tracking number for my exchange, so I decided to get in touch with customer services. They got back to me the same day and told me my exchange was on its way. I was happy to get my new jeans just 3 days later, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I'm pleased with the service I got during this exchange.

I bought some jeans and a couple of sweaters from an online shop not long ago. When they arrived, they were in good condition and looked just like they did on the website. Unfortunately, the jeans didn't fit me right, so I had to start the return process. The customer service team were really helpful and quick to respond. I ordered something on the 23rd of April and I haven't heard anything from the company since then. Even though they're constantly promoting their sale on social media, it looks like they're not bothering to focus on delivering orders or helping customers. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by the lack of updates and communication from them.

I recently bought a pair of Tacey Satin Pumps from an online store because I really liked the elegant design and the promise of high-quality materials. Anais was absolutely lovely when I dropped her an email about my order. I was really surprised by how quickly she replied, and she got straight to the point. She even sorted out another problem for me because she responded so promptly. I asked her a few more questions, but she was always patient and helpful.
