First time buyer, new mattress
As a newbie customer at MattressNextDay, I was really pleased with how well they kept me in the loop during the order. They let me know exactly when my mattress was due to arrive, which made everything a whole lot easier. When it eventually came, I was over the moon with how comfy and top-notch the mattress was. All in all, I'm chuffed to bits with my buy and the great service from MattressNextDay.
medium firm mattress
The mattress is just as I thought it would be - medium firm. I really enjoy my sleep on it. It doesn't swallow you up like a black hole, and it's easy to move around on. It's exactly what I was looking for.
Spring King Grand Ortho 2000 Mattress
System doesn't double check the post codes, delivered to my billing address which is 100 miles away from the place it needed to be. Called customer services which wasn't any help. They were going to charge me about £56 to cancel the order or pay for redelivery... It was unfair as I should have been called or something to confirm the address if the post code was an issue. In the end I double paid for delivery .... The actual bed was supposed to be firm but is medium... It dips in the center and doesn't offer the support of a firm Mattress... Waste of money and time spent on the phone.
