First-time online order
I wasn't very happy with my first online order experience. I got an email saying my items were sent back because no one was home when they tried to deliver them, but I was actually there. It was a pain to then have to get the parcel redelivered to the post office for me to pick up. This was a real inconvenience, especially as the items were for my granddaughter's birthday. I tried to contact the company by email but never heard back, which was disappointing.
Tracksuit and jacket
I bought a tracksuit and an extra jacket, but when the parcel came, I got 2 jackets and no trousers. I waited a week for Montirex to respond, but when they did, they fixed the problem fast. The customer service team was super helpful and sorted everything out. I'll definitely shop with them again!
Birthday gift delivery delay
I ordered a birthday present for my daughter from an online shop not long ago, thinking it would get to us in 3-4 working days since I paid extra for fast shipping with a big delivery company. But man, was I let down! It's been more than 10 days now and we still haven't got it, so my daughter couldn't even have her pressie on her big day. This kind of shoddy service is just not on, and I am well cheesed off with this online store. You can bet your bottom dollar I won't be buying from them again.
Padded Jacket
Really badly run company. I placed an order and after not receiving anything for a week (delivery time advised was 1-3 days) I enquired about my order. Received no response at all and then a generic automated notification of refund.
When I further enquired what was the reason for this, I was again ignored.
Upon escalating this to the management of the company I was again ignored and then received a short, bland, effortless email from customer service saying the products I had ordered were out of stock - despite being able to order them from their website and them charging me...
This is clearly a very transactional company who are only interested in online sales. Very little, if not no, consideration for customers or brand reputation.Down Coat
Delivered a T-shirt instead of a Down jacket with another customer details inside I paid postage to return for a replacement, but they cancelled the order and didn’t refund my postage cost. Scammers
