I tried to get next day delivery but it didn't appear on my receipt. I emailed to get it sorted but it took ages to hear back from them. Even then, they couldn't change it. Delivery was slow and so were their responses. Frustrating experience, to be honest.

I made a purchase on the 14th of May but I still haven't got my order. I got in touch with customer service and they told me my stuff got lost and they're out of stock. I asked for replacement items through email but I haven't heard back. Then today, I got an email with mixed up information. This whole thing has just left me feeling let down and annoyed.

They keep sending my things to the wrong place and don't even bother sending me an email when I try to sort it out! Never going through that again!

I ordered this really cool hoodie from a store and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's been 11 days already! I'm finding it really difficult to get in touch with them as there's no phone number to call. I keep receiving automated emails that don't even acknowledge what I'm saying. It's really annoying, you know?
