lovely shopping experience from Kianna
I needed to get some trending fashion active wear for an event. I actually wanted some quality outfit. So I went online in search of a store I could trust to buy from. After going through all the options, I was given. I decided to shop from Jimmy Montirex. I placed an order for a running jacket and pant, and some accessories. Within a few hours, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality was impressive and the price was quite affordable. I am satisfied with Montirex products and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Montirex to anyone looking to buy quality activewear and accessories.
Padded Jacket
Really badly run company. I placed an order and after not receiving anything for a week (delivery time advised was 1-3 days) I enquired about my order. Received no response at all and then a generic automated notification of refund.
When I further enquired what was the reason for this, I was again ignored.
Upon escalating this to the management of the company I was again ignored and then received a short, bland, effortless email from customer service saying the products I had ordered were out of stock - despite being able to order them from their website and them charging me...
This is clearly a very transactional company who are only interested in online sales. Very little, if not no, consideration for customers or brand reputation.Down Coat
Delivered a T-shirt instead of a Down jacket with another customer details inside I paid postage to return for a replacement, but they cancelled the order and didn’t refund my postage cost. Scammers
