    Missing item in order

    I bought something from this company not long ago. When my order arrived, one of the items I'd paid for wasn't there. I got in touch with customer service straight away, but I still haven't heard back or had the problem sorted. The lack of communication and follow-up has really annoyed me and made me feel let down by the whole shopping process.

    Delayed order confirmation and poor customer service

    I bought something from this website not long ago, but I haven't got any confirmation email or order number yet. I've tried to contact them through email and social media a few times, but still haven't heard back from them. It's worrying because they took my money without confirming anything, so now I'm not sure if I'll even get the stuff I ordered.

    Unresponsive customer service

    I'm really let down by how slow the customer service team is getting back to me. When I saw that my order was heading to a pickup point 3 hours away from where I live, I got in touch straight away to ask for the address to be changed. But it's been more than a day now, and still no word. It's just not on, especially with how badly I need this sorted ASAP. I need that address changed fast, and it's so frustrating not hearing anything back.

    I am completely disappointed. The set that I ordered came with pen marks on it, it was used and they refused to give me a refund straight away.

    Terrible company. The quality of the clothing is awful, overpriced but made in China and no better than anything from Primark (yet they are calling themselves sustainable, which has to be a bad joke!).
    When sending the low-quality items back be prepared to wait for two weeks and still not be refunded unless you’re planning to complain to them numerous times.
    And even after doing so - please note that you will never see your money again if you decided to purchase from their second hand range! There is no way to register the return for these items online, only new ones. So if you decide to send these items back you will not be refunded which they don’t tell you about on their website!
    When contacting customer services there is no way to speak to anyone directly, for example on the phone. You will receive a standard reply from a different person each time.
    Appalling company, clothes and customer service. Please save your money and do not buy from here, stick to ASOS instead.
