    Online booking error cost me an extra £300.
    An error occurred with Loveholidays 'mybooking' system. My wife and I booked HB at The Navarria Hotel, Cyprus, which some how was altered to B...B when I checked the itinerary prior to going on holiday. The only alteration I amended was the hotel transfer as we had a rental car. I received an email with a £30 refund, which I thought was a generous offer for cancelling the hotel transfer. I contacted an online agent who pointed out the alteration and this is when the agent informed me of the reason for the refund, I explained that I had no idea how the change had occurred and could the hotel booking be changèd back to the original HB. This was going to cost me an extra £200 for the alteration. How does an alteration from HB to B...B produce a refund of £30, yet to revert back it incurs a penalty of £200. Nice little earner for the hotel, yet it cost my wife and I an extra £300 on top of the holiday cost, due to having to eat out every night. On top of that, my wife is disabled, which is the reason we opted for HB in the first place.
    Most definitely will not be using Loveholidays again in the near future

    These flowers are always beautiful and lovely

    When you go into your workspace what do you perceive? When you get tired at work and take some seconds break what do you stare at? At home, Where's your favourite flowers from?
    Mine are from FREDDIE'S FLOWERS. Those flowers are like one beautiful sight I don't forget to catch at intervals whether at work or home. The scent trills me. The colors are beautifully selected and combined and this was my first catch the day I first set my eyes on those flowers. These flowers are even cost effective and not too difficult to maintain. I'll recommend tgat you get a flower from FREDDIE'S FLOWERS

    I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS BUT MY DOG IS SURELY HAPPY

    I own a dog, she is seriously cute but i was new so i dont know how to take care of her. Actually, my dad gifted me for god knows what reason. Anyway, enough with back story !
    My neighbor told me about time for paws. I must say i am taken aback with the quality they serve. i mostly bought my dog stuff from here , and i trust their stuffs blindly. so yes, do it and try it

    Absolutely shocking customer service no updates on delivery my order was ordwred on the 27th november 2020 and was supposed to be here by the 2nd december 2020but this is now the 5th of december and nothing at all you cannit contact them to speak to someone thry give u an email to send to tgem if theres a problem on their pafe ive done thst since the 2nd december nothing apart from an automated email which tells u basically nothing again

    Similar experience here, been waiting 10days for my dog food, have had to get some elsewhere now, no response to emails.

    Been waitin ten days, they are saying the order has been lost, will never use them again.....cant phone them, they certainly have no customer services

    This company does not respond to emails, ... service.

    Ordered wolf garten battery for £150 with 24 hour delivery. Alle machines took money from bank straight away but 7 weeks later and I am still waiting for product to be delivered. They are not responding to any of my emails sent.
    BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE SCAM ARTISTS STEALING MONEY FOR NO PRODUCTS SENT.

    THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! I WAS OFFERED 75% OFF MY FIRST DOMESTIC CLEAN IF I WROTE A 5 STAR REVIEW. WHEN I REFUSED AND JUST WAS HAPPY TO PAY FOR A GOOD SERVICE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED....You decide for yourselves....

    Booked for domestic clean for tomorrow Tuesday 30th March well in advance around a month before.

    Got a text this evening (not even a call) saying they can’t do and to click on link to rebook! Next date was Friday 2nd April at 7pm! I have tenants moving in 1st April!

    DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BOOK WITH A COMPANY WHO LETS YOU DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTE LIKE THIS?

    Now if they can’t do that’s fine. At least call me to discuss. They did not.

    Then at least offer me another time same day or day after. No they didn’t. Not even an apologetic call.

    They put me in such an awful position that I had no choice but to find someone else within 24 hours! I’m still searching and it’s now gone 10pm!

    How dare they do this to me?! They are quick to mention their 48 hour cancellation policy saying if WE cancel we get charged the full amount but it’s ok to cancel the customer the night before!? And then not even call the customer to explain or to at least take a call from them. I can’t get hold of them!

    They have taken my money in advance for the booking as well as the 79GBP membership fee for being a VIP customer - REALLY? I wonder how normal customers get treated??!

    I have left messages and text them. No one has bothered to call me back and right now I’m the one who has lost out. I entered into this agreement in good faith only to be treated like this and got screwed over.

    This is not how a reputable business should be running.

    No call, but a text to cancel a booking the night before?! They didn’t even have the guts to tell me in person and relied on a text. Come on! This company is a scam!

    Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these scammers.

    CONCLUDE: YOU ARE NOT TAKING CALLS DESPITE WEBSITE STATING YOU ARE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY.
    YOU ARE NOT CONTACTABLE.
    YOU ARE SENDING CANCELLATIONS TROUGH TEXTS AS YOU ARE PROBABLY EMBARRASSED IN HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE THAT YOU CREATED AND AN UPSET CUSTOMER. MAYBE YOU HAVE NO SKILLS TO DEAL WITH THIS?
    YOU ARE ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED WHICH IS WHY YOU SEND A TEXT INSTEAD OF PICKING UP THE PHONE TO CALL!

    I hope your business fails fully as you cannot treat customers like this.

    Hotel in Dubai

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Arrived in Dubai today and landed to an email from destination 2 less then 24 hours before check in stating they have to change our resort hotel. They advised us that they could only offer 3 alternative hotels, all of which were completely substandard to our original booking. We booked Ceasers Palace on blue water island a beach front location and we were offered mediocre city hotels nowhere near the location where we originally booked. Our option was to accept one of these hotels or a refund. As previously mentioned we had already arrived in Dubai with less than 24 hours notice to spend Christmas with our family. This company took our money 4 months previously! I cannot stress enough I would never risk booking with this company to go through what we have had to endure. A faceless company who are impossible to contact, the customer service we received from “Gemma” was the most insincere I have ever received and lacked any compassion. I cannot believe that a company would operate in this way, in times when legitimate companies have ceased trading this company are scamming innocent people and deserve to go out of business. Avoid at all costs.

    Took over 2 months to arrive and when they did 50% of the plants too diseased to plant. This comoany us the most unprofessional business I gave ever encountered. No proper contact. I gad been trying to cancel my order for a month, no acknowledgement from them. Then the plants arrive. It will cost me £70 to return them, so I cannot afford that. Will have to burn the diseased ones. Honestly it has made me ill with worry. AVOID THIS COMPANY they are charletans.

    Sorry to hear of your problems. I have an order with them and am not getting any response so I have contacted the credit card company so they can fight my corner and get a refund. If you paid by card Maybe you could do the same? Give it a go and good luck.
