Owlet camera malfunction
I had a problem with my camera suddenly not working properly after only a few months. I tried different ways to fix it, but it stayed broken. The big moment was when they asked for proof that I bought it, which worried me because I wasn't sure I still had the receipt. But when I gave them the right info, they quickly sent me a new camera that arrived in just two days. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful the customer service team was. Even though getting the proof of purchase was a bit of a pain, my whole experience with Owlet's support made me feel happy and looked after.
Sock monitor malfunction
The sock monitor packed up after just three months, and trying to get help from customer service has been a nightmare. The camera keeps losing connection and is frustratingly slow, especially when you're using a sound machine at the same time. All in all, it's been a complete waste of money, especially considering the poor customer service.

Turns out, this has been going on for ages, and the company's only advice is to change passwords. Like, really? Our password was top-notch and yet it got hacked! So yeah, don't bother buying this gizmo if you're not okay with strangers snooping on your baby.
