    Pet insurance cancellation process

    I had to cancel my cat insurance policy recently because I took in a rescue cat but sadly had to return it after 3 months. Cancelling it was actually quite easy and hassle-free. I was really surprised at how quickly they gave me a refund for the premium I had paid for June. What I liked the most was that I didn't face any penalties for cancelling, and I wasn't stuck in a long contract. All in all, cancelling was a positive experience for me.

    Disappointing first visit to the park

    Our trip to the park didn't quite meet our expectations. We came a bit later than we planned because of train delays all the way from the North. When we got there, we weren't warned about the construction work going on which was a bit of a surprise. Once we got past that, we found the attractions were a bit of a letdown - either too thrilling or too slow, nothing just right. Plus, they were quite a trek away from each other. The prices were hefty considering the limited things to do, and we also spotted some flies on the food at a few food spots, just like another review pointed out. On the positive side, we did like how the park is swapping out old steam trains for cleaner electric ones, so we'll give it an extra star for that. But all in all, we won't be coming back here. We'll try out other parks where we might snag some good deals on tickets using different apps, getting more bang for our buck.

    I recently bought two rackets and a bag from Tennis Point. The quality of the items was great, but there was a delay in getting them delivered. I placed my order on the 8th of September. On that day, I got a message saying there would be a delay, which made me look up some reviews online. I was worried because I had bought these things as a birthday present for my son. The items were eventually dispatched on the 13th of September. I could see where my order was using DPD and even set up a delivery day, but nothing showed up. It wasn't until I phoned Tennis Point on the 19th of September and talked to Darren that I found out some items were stuck at customs causing the delay. Luckily, the order got to me on the 20th of September, which was my son's birthday, right on time. I'm happy with the products, but the slow delivery made me give them one less star in my review.

    The people at Dears Pharmacy are really nice, but gosh, their systems are just terrible! It's like a mission every time we go in there to try and find our prescriptions from the surgery. We end up having to ask them to check in different places until they eventually manage to locate it. And then the wait for them to get our medication ready is just never-ending, it feels like. Half the time they forget to even give us a call! I mean, we've had situations where we've been waiting with a poorly child, only to have to chase them up ourselves.     I came across this amazing black Skagen watch that had been discontinued, but luckily ChrisElli had it available at a great price.     Boat trip along Thames

    I absolutely loved the boat trip along the Thames! The booking process was super easy. After making the booking, it felt like a long wait until the day finally came. But it was totally worth it! When we arrived, there were lots of friendly servers ready to welcome us with big smiles. The service was excellent and the food was really delicious. And the jazz music was incredible! There was a saxophonist and a baby grand piano playing some fantastic tunes. I would definitely recommend this boat trip to all my friends and family.     Hey there! Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Nadia and her fantastic team for assisting me with returning my damaged trainers from the US all the way to London. They were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the process, even arranging a replacement for me. I'm so excited to wear my new trainers this spring! When I visited the Westbourne Grove store back in February, it was absolutely wonderful - such a great atmosphere and a lovely shop. I'm definitely looking forward to going back soon!

    Fibre optic broadband installation delay

    I was really gutted to have to wait for more than a year for the fibre optic broadband installation to be sorted. Dealing with customer service during this time was an absolute nightmare. Every time I got in touch with them, they said they’d call me back but they never did. Although the broadband works well now, the whole process was ruined by the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the customer service lot.

    Bed purchase for elderly mother

    Stevie over at the Cumbernauld branch was just brilliant! He really went the extra mile to help me and my elderly mother pick out the right beds.     The course presentation was really great, especially the evaluations after each topic. The language was clear and easy to understand, so it was a very enjoyable learning experience.     I am really disappointed with the service from Urban Touch. I bought a satin slip dress from them through a third-party website, but when it arrived, they said I had stained it. I hadn't even put it on, just saw the colour wasn't right and put it back in the bag. The picture they sent of the so-called stain just looked like a crease to me. It's clear that Urban Touch is being dishonest, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    I recently bought some clothes from this company and I was really disappointed with their return policy. They said on their website that they follow the distance sale rules and allow returns, but that wasn't the case when I tried to return some items that didn't fit me well. They told me they only accept returns if the product is faulty. I was quite upset about this because it means customers can't return items for any other reason than defects. It's a shame to see a company not caring about customer satisfaction and not sticking to what they advertise. Just be careful if you decide to order from them because returning items might be a bit of a hassle.
