I bought a pair of ankle boots from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, the staff there were really helpful and knew their stuff. They helped me find the right size and were so patient while I tried on lots of different pairs. I was really impressed by how much they knew and the care they took. The only thing is, I wish they had longer straps because I have high insteps and need more room for comfy wearing. But generally, it was a really good shopping trip and I'll definitely go back there again.
Comfy shoes
Pavers has added more shoes to their collection lately, which is great. I do wish they stocked EEE sizes as well though. Their shoes are so comfy and really good quality, that's why I always choose to buy from them. Ordering is a breeze and delivery is incredibly fast, I just love shopping here.
Shoes order
I popped into the shop and the lovely assistant helped me order my shoes online because they didn't have them in stock. I received a notification when the shoes came in and I picked them up today. The staff were really nice and gave great service both times I was there. It's hard to come by good customer service these days, but Pavers always come through with their efficiency and helpfulness.
Shoes purchase
The shoes are really good quality and super comfy. Having the option for prepaid return is brilliant - it means I can order a few pairs to try on and not stress about paying for returns. The customer service was excellent, the staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries I had. I'm very happy with my shopping experience with this company.

Ordered 8th May. Sent request that if item could not be delivered by 18th May, then to please cancel my order and refund me, as needed for holiday the next day. I was assurered that delivery would be the latest 18th. So its the 18th, no delivery and just had emai, to say posted today, standard delivery. So no shoes for holidayandno refund so that i could have gone elsewhere. Very bad customer service, and they dont care
Boots
I had purchased and paid for boots with Pavers only to receive an email 2 hours later telling me I have been refunded as the boots are not available. They took my money and told me I will be refunded within 3 to 5 days and I am fuming. This has happened before with Pavers, once again they took my money but failed to tell me they are not available after waiting weeks and constantly contacting them. I now have to wait for MY MONEY to go back into my account.

Customer service is the worst I have ever come across. They offered a refund but I have never received it.
Trainers
My new trainers arrived, one day later than paid for next day delivery. They were used trainers ready for the bin, filthy worn and torn. I was offerred a huge 10% discount off my next order and free delivery. I have to waste time wrapping them and 12 mile round trip to the Wow!!
Shoes
Purchased wide fit shoe, too tight. Diobolical returns service. Would never use them again

I would like to thank the lovely ladies in your store for helping me with my 82 year old mum who was feeling dizzy and faint, they get kindly brought out some water for her and kept checking in with us to make sure she was ok, they are a credit to your store

Flat shoes
Hi I ordered some women's pavers slip on shoes. Which when I received them weren't completely as described. Thought they were all leather. But we're half stretch material. I have to wear all leather shoes, because I have problems with my feet. They cost me with postage £27.50 they were in a sale. I ordered them from pavers site. I had to send them back with Royal Mail sticker which they supplied. The actual shoes without postage cost £24.99 I had only a partial refund of £22.70 I have complained. But their not getting back to me. I find this disgraceful sand petty. I have not experienced this with any other online retailer including clarks outlet etc. Kind regards.
Cross body leather bag
I noticed as soon as I ordered that my postcode was wrong. I contacted customer service right away and within 10mins I received an email to see my postcode had been amended. When my email came to say bag had been despatched I noticed it was still old postcode. I contacted them and again within 10mins I was assured the right postcode was on my address. This was fabulous customer care.
The bag itself is beautiful quality soft leather, great size and excellent value. I have bought 5 cross body bags and not been happy with any. I absolutely love this one. I would recommend Pavers to everyone.I pair leather boots/ 1 pair leather shoes
Ordered on line 18/12/20. Card charged £93.98 on that day. Including £6.00 for carriage.
Not delivered. Sent as two seperate parcels. Shoes were never despatched. Boots lost in transit. Had to contact Customer Services twice for refund for shoes, with £41.99 refunded 11/01/21.
Asked to give boots a few days longer for delivery as there were problems with carriers. Rang again as no delivery. Eventually refunded £39.99 on 29/01/21. However carriage of £6.00 not refunded. Still no repayment despite two emails and three phone calls.
Tracking system for boots eventually , showing reason for non delivery as "incorrect/incomplete address".
Total fabrication as nothing incomplete or incorrect with delivery address.
Shall be asking card company for the £6.00 to be charged back to Pavers, as seems to be only way to resolve.Sketchers
Quick enough to take your money but the lack of updates made me think i had been scammed.
Like the lady above mine were out of stock / on back order, they received them last week & still not been despatched.I ordered a pair of Skechers trainers on 1st May and was advised on 4th that the order was on it's way. Payment was taken on that date. I queried delivery when they were still not received after another week, and have just been advised that my parcel was lost in transit! Yet it was sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery, or so Pavers said! I was offered a full refund and just hope I get it.
Ladies leather shoe
Over the years I have had quite a few pairs of pavers shoes they are so comfortable. But this year I brought a pair of leather shoe when they got wet they went white like shoes do if you are in the snow.taken them back to the shop .they changed them for me.i had the same shoes had them treated still as bad.i paid 37 99 for these shoes. Very disappointed

Very dissapointed with the quality of the shoes i have purchased them for work, looked smart and fit well but only lasted 5 weeks before splitting across the sole , so completely useless to me now, for £45 pound a pair i would of expected them to last at least 6 months when i onlywear them indoors 4 days a week for 6 hours, purchased them aug, 20th they arrived in a week, started to wear them end of sept, due to being on holiday ,so 45 days ,wasnt long , to say there described as good quality, there definitely not good , you keep sending me brochures ,not happy to purchase anything else now ,so would perfer you not to bother
