Cross body leather bag
I noticed as soon as I ordered that my postcode was wrong. I contacted customer service right away and within 10mins I received an email to see my postcode had been amended. When my email came to say bag had been despatched I noticed it was still old postcode. I contacted them and again within 10mins I was assured the right postcode was on my address. This was fabulous customer care.
The bag itself is beautiful quality soft leather, great size and excellent value. I have bought 5 cross body bags and not been happy with any. I absolutely love this one. I would recommend Pavers to everyone.

All I experience till now can summarized to be good at overall.
I ordered boots named Loretta, they were out of stock. Rang to check after about a month. Told that they had just arrived and would get them in a couple of days. I have rung, left messages, promised reply’s. When you are in a queue, and eventually get through the phone rings and rings and rings no one speaks to you to resolve, or help. . Disgusting customer service
Ladies leather shoe
Over the years I have had quite a few pairs of pavers shoes they are so comfortable. But this year I brought a pair of leather shoe when they got wet they went white like shoes do if you are in the snow.taken them back to the shop .they changed them for me.i had the same shoes had them treated still as bad.i paid 37 99 for these shoes. Very disappointed

I had purchased and paid for boots with Pavers only to receive an email 2 hours later telling me I have been refunded as the boots are not available. They took my money and told me I will be refunded within 3 to 5 days and I am fuming. This has happened before with Pavers, once again they took my money but failed to tell me they are not available after waiting weeks and constantly contacting them. I now have to wait for MY MONEY to go back into my account.
Customer service is the worst I have ever come across. They offered a refund but I have never received it.
A pair of new trainers.
I bought a new pair of trainers from the Pavers store at the Gardenlands shopping centre near to Shipley-Bridgnorth yesterday. The staff were very helpful and courteous and they went out of their way to help and assist me.
My new trainers arrived, one day later than paid for next day delivery. They were used trainers ready for the bin, filthy worn and torn. I was offerred a huge 10% discount off my next order and free delivery. I have to waste time wrapping them and 12 mile round trip to the Wow!!
Purchased wide fit shoe, too tight. Diobolical returns service. Would never use them again
No email on delivery received but money been taken don't answer phone never again will order from you
Zinger scobie trainers
Over £50 taken from my account for shoes that never came. Pavers chat told me the shoes were lost in transit, offered me replacement or refund. I asked for replacement but Pavers said they were out of stock and would send refund. No refund has been sent. I feel robbed by this company, very shoddy customer service.

Two pairs laceup shoes
I had terrific assistance from Deborah who was still a trainee. She was so very helpful and kind.
Hi I ordered some women's pavers slip on shoes. Which when I received them weren't completely as described. Thought they were all leather. But we're half stretch material. I have to wear all leather shoes, because I have problems with my feet. They cost me with postage £27.50 they were in a sale. I ordered them from pavers site. I had to send them back with Royal Mail sticker which they supplied. The actual shoes without postage cost £24.99 I had only a partial refund of £22.70 I have complained. But their not getting back to me. I find this disgraceful sand petty. I have not experienced this with any other online retailer including clarks outlet etc. Kind regards.
poor quliaty shoe - the sole is very thin and you can feel the patterning on the base of the sole through the shoe.
Worst thing is the HIDEEN CHARGES for returns - they actually charge you 5.50 for UK retunrs even though they say its only 2.99.
Untrusutworthy, poor quality. Do not use.
I pair leather boots/ 1 pair leather shoes
Ordered on line 18/12/20. Card charged £93.98 on that day. Including £6.00 for carriage.
Not delivered. Sent as two seperate parcels. Shoes were never despatched. Boots lost in transit. Had to contact Customer Services twice for refund for shoes, with £41.99 refunded 11/01/21.
Asked to give boots a few days longer for delivery as there were problems with carriers. Rang again as no delivery. Eventually refunded £39.99 on 29/01/21. However carriage of £6.00 not refunded. Still no repayment despite two emails and three phone calls.
Tracking system for boots eventually , showing reason for non delivery as "incorrect/incomplete address".
Total fabrication as nothing incomplete or incorrect with delivery address.
Shall be asking card company for the £6.00 to be charged back to Pavers, as seems to be only way to resolve.
