Ordering shoes online
The shoes I really wanted weren't in the shop, but the lovely lady there checked online for me and managed to find them. She advised me to order them as soon as I got home because there were only 2 pairs left in my size and colour. So, once I got back, I quickly ordered them on my laptop one Saturday afternoon. I couldn't believe it when my new shoes arrived just in time for lunch on Tuesday! Now, that's what I call excellent service! The shop assistant was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adore how comfortable and durable Pavers shoes are. Huge thanks to Pavers for such a wonderful experience, both online and in-store!
Exchange process difficulty
To be honest, the one thing that bothers me about this company is how they struggle with exchanges. It's annoying to go through the whole process of ordering again and paying for postage just because you want a different size or colour. It feels like a waste of time and money. However, apart from that, I have to admit that my overall experience with them has been really good. The products are high quality, the customer service is really friendly and helpful, and they always deliver on time. I just hope they can improve their exchange system because it's the one thing that lets them down.
Cross body leather bag
I noticed as soon as I ordered that my postcode was wrong. I contacted customer service right away and within 10mins I received an email to see my postcode had been amended. When my email came to say bag had been despatched I noticed it was still old postcode. I contacted them and again within 10mins I was assured the right postcode was on my address. This was fabulous customer care.
The bag itself is beautiful quality soft leather, great size and excellent value. I have bought 5 cross body bags and not been happy with any. I absolutely love this one. I would recommend Pavers to everyone.Sandals received within 5 days, well-made and loved
The sandals I ordered came pretty quickly, just 5 days after I placed the order, and I have to say they're really well-made. I'm totally in love with them and have been wearing them all the time since they arrived. It was my first time ordering from this company, but after this great experience, I would definitely use their website again for my next purchases. I was really impressed with the regular updates they gave me about the status of my order, it kept me in the loop and reassured me the whole way through.
Sandals purchase
I bought a lovely pair of sandals from this shop not long ago and I have to say I'm really happy with them. They look great and ordering them was a piece of cake. I like that I can get in touch with customer service without being on hold forever. The delivery was fast and smooth, which is always good. All in all, I'm pleased with my shopping experience here and would definitely suggest it to others.
Online order delay
I've just bought a pair of shoes online that were meant to be in stock. But after I ordered them, I got an email saying there was a delay because they were searching for them in their shops. Despite the hiccup, they kept me updated on what was happening, which I thought was nice. The shoes finally arrived 2 days later, and I was happy with how things were handled.
Ankle boots with Great fit
I bought a pair of ankle boots from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, the staff there were really helpful and knew their stuff. They helped me find the right size and were so patient while I tried on lots of different pairs. I was really impressed by how much they knew and the care they took. The only thing is, I wish they had longer straps because I have high insteps and need more room for comfy wearing. But generally, it was a really good shopping trip and I'll definitely go back there again.
Recent shoe purchase
I went to this shop recently and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! There was this tall lady with a blonde bob, who used to work for the NHS, and she really went out of her way to help me and my elderly mother. She was so warm and kind, it made our shopping trip a real pleasure. Big thanks to the other two ladies working with her too. You all did a fantastic job, thank you so much for your amazing service.
Flat-open toe ballet sandals size 6
I recently bought a pair of flat open-toe ballet sandals in a size 6. Overall, I find them really comfy, but I've noticed they can be a bit slippy on certain surfaces because they don't grip well. Also, when I go up or down stairs, I've felt them loosen a bit at the back. Despite these small issues, I'd still rate them 4 stars because they're super comfy and keep my feet cool in hot weather.
Shoes order
I popped into the shop and the lovely assistant helped me order my shoes online because they didn't have them in stock. I received a notification when the shoes came in and I picked them up today. The staff were really nice and gave great service both times I was there. It's hard to come by good customer service these days, but Pavers always come through with their efficiency and helpfulness.
Quick purchase of shoes
I popped into this shop the other day to grab a pair of shoes and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good the customer service was. Even though the staff were having some issues with the tills, they really pulled out all the stops to make sure I was looked after quickly and effectively. Their hard work and friendly attitude made my shopping trip a nice one.
Two pairs of summer trainers
Two pairs of summer trainers turned up quickly. I tried them on and discovered that the Pavers ones suited me more than the Skechers pair, which was unexpected. The sizes were a bit dodgy, but I was pleased with my buys all in all.
Shoes, Next Day Delivery
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company, opting for next day delivery as I needed them urgently for an upcoming trip. However, much to my dismay, the shoes didn't arrive until three days later, causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience. When the package finally arrived, I found out that they had sent me a size five shoe and a size six shoe instead of the correct size I had ordered. This mix-up has caused even more hassle as I now have to return them and wait for the correct pair to be sent to me.

I've just got my order from you and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it arrived. I ordered two pairs of the same shoes to make sure I got the right size, and being able to return one pair easily through Evri made everything really straightforward.

I paid extra for express delivery but the item arrived a day late. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly refunded me. Really good customer service. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to others.

After getting the wrong parcel from Pavers, they quickly sorted me out with the right one in just 3 days. They were really understanding and dealt with the issue without any fuss, which I thought was great. You don't often come across top-notch customer service like that these days, so I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were.
Sandals that fit perfect
These sandals are amazing, I feel like I'm walking on pillows! They're so comfortable and I really like how you can adjust the straps to fit your feet perfectly. No more awkward straps for me!
Sandals, reduced price
I spotted these really adorable sandals online that were just like my old ones, but they needed replacing, so I decided to order them. And you'll never believe it - they were on sale! When they arrived, they fitted perfectly and I'm so excited to wear them once the weather warms up!
Comfy shoes
Pavers has added more shoes to their collection lately, which is great. I do wish they stocked EEE sizes as well though. Their shoes are so comfy and really good quality, that's why I always choose to buy from them. Ordering is a breeze and delivery is incredibly fast, I just love shopping here.
