    Unwanted brochures

    I can't believe how long it took them to finally reply to my complaints about those unwanted brochures! Eight months! It's just ridiculous. How difficult is it to stop sending me things I don't even want? I've asked them so many times to please stop, but they just keep coming. And now, after all this time, they reply with some generic apology about valuing me as a customer. Well, let me tell you, I don't feel valued at all when you ignore my requests for eight whole months!

    Poncho purchase

    I was really excited to buy this awesome poncho I've had my eye on, but then I spotted the same tote bag I already purchased for a higher price on a different website, being sold here for even more! I was so annoyed, why are they trying to overcharge me? It really put me off trusting them, but I still really want that poncho. I'm not sure what to do now.

    I would recommend avoiding making any purchases from them. The returns process is really complicated and it takes ages to get a refund. Sometimes they even overcharge you and then don't give you a refund at all. Plus, the quality of their products is not great, especially considering how much they cost.

    Unresolved refund issue

    I bought something from this company not long ago and had to send it back. It's been more than two weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me I'd get a refund, but it still hasn't shown up. It's annoying to see that I'm not the only one in this situation, seems like lots of people are having the same problem with the company not giving refunds. It's worrying to imagine there are loads of people out there waiting for their money, and it doesn't look good for the company's honesty and trustworthiness. I'd suggest being cautious before making a purchase from them.

    Dissatisfied customer experience

    I've had a bit of a bad experience with this company, unfortunately. Despite receiving some lovely brochures with beautiful items, actually ordering from them has been a bit of a let-down. I used to be a loyal customer, but the service quality has really gone downhill. Dealing with them has become a bit of a hassle and can be quite disrespectful at times. Waiting a long time for orders and dealing with returns has made me feel like they don't value me as a customer. The lack of communication and delays in getting refunds have only made things worse. I've spent ages trying to sort things out, only to be met with empty promises and excuses. It's really sad to see a company I used to like fall so far.

    I'm really disappointed with my latest purchase from this company. I've been a loyal customer for ages, but it's clear that the quality of their products has gone downhill. The item I got just wasn't worth the expensive price, and I'm not convinced by their claims about authenticity. Compared to other brands, this company just doesn't offer good value for money. And to make matters worse, their designs are so repetitive and there's no innovation at all, which makes their products seem boring and outdated. It's such a shame to see a brand that I used to love fall so far in terms of quality and creativity.
