Medium suitcase purchased from a popular retailer
I was quite surprised to come across a medium suitcase from that well-known shop, I didn't even know they sold them. I was in need of a new suitcase for an upcoming journey, so I thought I'd give it a go. The suitcase turned out to be really nice and did the job perfectly during my trip. Unfortunately, one of the plastic protectors ended up getting damaged. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they let me know that the retailer's selection was quite special. Tessa from customer service was absolutely fantastic and quickly sent out a replacement set that was just right. I was really impressed with the efficient and effective customer service in sorting out the issue. Thank you so much!
Three stylish luggage pieces
I recently bought three pieces of luggage from your shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and design. The designs are so unique and they really caught my eye. Plus, the price is really reasonable, so you're getting great value for money. Everywhere I've travelled with them, I've received compliments, which just shows how stylish and well-made they are. Set of 4 cases
I recently bought a set of 4 cases from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with their service. The price was competitive and the delivery was quick. The quality of the products looks good, although one case had a small issue, but the customer service team dealt with it efficiently. They sent a replacement case without any trouble. I have to say, the customer service from this company is the best I've come across. I trust that these sturdy cases will withstand air travel well. All in all, it's been a pleasure dealing with this company.

I have to say, dealing with this company has been absolutely brilliant. Courtney was so professional and efficient from the moment I got in touch with my claim. She dealt with my issue quickly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure my suitcase was promptly delivered - I was seriously impressed. Good customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, but she definitely went the extra mile. Other companies should take note of how well she managed my situation. Large suitcases purchase
I've just bought two big suitcases for my next holiday, but one of them arrived with the wheels falling off. To my surprise, the same thing happened with the other one on my next trip. Even though Rock Luggage promises a 15-year guarantee, there seems to be a flaw in how the wheels are attached. The zips can be a little tough to open, but I do like the compartments size and the locking system.
Suitcase from Rock Luggage
I recently got a suitcase from Rock Luggage and honestly, it was a letdown. It looked solid when I first got it, but when I handed it in before my flight, it was a nightmare - the zip just came off and the padlock wasn't even on properly. Basically, half the zip and the padlock vanished, meaning all my stuff was at risk while travelling. It was a total disaster and I had to buy a new suitcase while I was away, costing me more money and causing a lot of hassle on my holiday. I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.
Lock and footstep issue
I had a bit of a problem with the lock and wheel on my suitcase after getting back from a trip overseas. So, I decided to get in touch with customer service, and I've got to say, the service I got was top-notch. This person, Fal, really went the extra mile to help me out with sorting my issue. They quickly sorted me out with new parts for the faulty ones, and everything was dealt with smoothly and without any hassle. I'm really impressed and pleased with the customer service I got from Fal. Cheers!
Recent luggage purchase
I bought a new suitcase from this shop not long ago and I was really pleased with how good it was. But then, on my last trip, the airline kind of messed it up and damaged it. Luckily, the person in customer service at the shop was really great and got me a replacement part for free. It meant I didn't have to deal with the airline's baggage people and it saved me a load of time and bother. I'm really thankful for their help and now my suitcase looks good as new.
Business travel luggage
I've just bought some new luggage for my business trips and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The cases are really sturdy and long-lasting, and the compartments inside are so well thought-out and really handy. Last year, lots of people complimented my Rock luggage when I was travelling, especially the cabin bag that fit perfectly within the size limits for easyJet. I definitely suggest this brand to any business travellers in need of reliable and stylish luggage.
Suitcase lock replacement
One day my suitcase lock got completely smashed by some awful thief. I was like, "oh my goodness, what do I do now?" But then I contacted customer services and they were incredibly kind! They responded really fast and even offered to send me a new lock at no cost! How amazing is that? Big shoutout to Courtney for being an absolute superstar! By the way, the suitcases are really cool and stylish, definitely recommend them!
Replacement luggage case
I recently had to contact Customer Service about getting a replacement luggage case and I must say Courtney was absolutely brilliant. She was so efficient, responded quickly to my emails, and had a new case on its way to me in just two days. Her customer service was top-notch, I can't thank her enough!

Faulty suitcase
I purchased a really nice suitcase that I saw online and it looked amazing. However, when I eventually used it on my trip to Madeira, I found out that one of the frame supports was completely bent. Can you believe it? How am I supposed to easily wheel this thing around the airport with a wonky handle? I contacted Rock and they outright told me that their warranty does not cover damage from air travel. Seriously? What other purpose do suitcases have apart from travelling? Sadly, I had to get rid of it, which was very disappointing. I won't be buying from Rock again. They were of no help at all.
Customer service experience
I had a really great customer service experience at the store recently. The lady helping me, who I'll call Courtney, was so helpful and professional the whole time. She really knew her stuff and managed to sort out the problem I had. I just wanted to say a big thank you to her for all her help.
Bad suitcase quality
The suitcases I bought were really bad quality and when I requested a refund, it took ages for them to sort it out. They even made me pay for collection, can you believe it? I was really let down.
Faulty lock
The lock on my suitcase got busted when I tried to use it for the first time, and now it just won't shut properly. I've been attempting to sort it out for more than a week now, but no success so far. I really need it for my upcoming trip, but it seems like I'll have to figure something else out. Not pleased at all with this product.

Getting the replacement sorted was hassle-free, and the customer service team were friendly and really easy to deal with. All in all, it was a great experience.
Warranty claim
I contacted customer service about my suitcase warranty as the zip was coming undone. Sadly, I didn't get the help I expected. They just suggested I send the suitcase back for repair, which is a bit of a hassle and expensive for such a big item. Also, the whole warranty claim process seemed a bit chaotic as sending it back myself seemed like a bit of a mission.
Platinum under seat bag
You know, I got this really cool under seat bag for my work trip last November and honestly, it was absolutely amazing! Surprisingly, the bag had much more space inside than it seemed, which allowed me to pack way more than I initially thought. The shoulder strap was super convenient for carrying it around the airport, and overall, it was just exactly what I needed. I'm definitely going to be using it regularly from now on!
