Boiler insurance
VOID THIS COMPANY
2021: We had a service through HomeTree on Friday. The engineer broke the boiler when he put it up to pressure and he said he would get the part and get it fixed the next day (Saturday).
HomeTree then said that they had to wait for a quote (he said he'd sent it straight away) and would call back. They didn't see we had to chase them.
We phoned Friday. We phoned again Saturday. They said on Saturday that they couldn't get hold of the engineer. When we phoned again they said that the part was only available from 40 minutes away from us and the engineer would not go that far.
We asked if we could collect it ourselves. They said they would check.
We called again. They then said it was too late as it was now closed.
So we're without any hot water or heating for 5 days.
I work for the NHS and need to shower between shifts. They suggested we go round to someone's house to shower (during lockdown... 🙄🤷).
TL...DR. They broke my boiler and then wouldn't mend it for 5 days.
EDIT: they're now saying they can't do it until Wednesday at the earliest, despite it being THEIR FAULT it broke. No end in sight.
And pointless trying to reason with them.
2023:
We had a massive leak and our water tank failed.
Hometree said that replacing the tank would represent and "upgrade" and would not pay.
They also said they would not pay for a corroded pipe found on our service because that would also be an "upgrade".
We now have a £4k bill.
Customer services are shocking.

A new wedge for my outing
I had a party two weeks ago. I had selected the dress to wear and the shoes and accessories to match. I decided to try the wedge on and off I fell. The sole were bad. I tried to fix it but I could not because it was really bad. I had just a week more. I checked online store and ordered for a new pair of wedge from Ooh La Luxe. I got my delivery very fast. I won't it and it fitted perfectly. The soles were quite strong. They were made of durable materials. I wore the shoes for the party and it was so comfortable and soft to the leg. I am sure I would use those shows for a longer period.

Lovely smart phone
I bought a Vodaphone smart v8. It has a very remarkable design for the price, a moderate camera, and a full HD screen. The battery is all-day battery life and quickly charges.
At the back of the phone, you would find the protruding camera, which is sat inside a shiny metal ring to the center. To the right is a dual-LED flash. There's also a fingerprint scanner about a centimeter under it. I love the overall build. I love the sleekness smartness look. Great delivery service from the company. Positives - good content and good customer service
Negatives - classes are not flexible in being able to access them. You sign up for specific times/days. Which would be fine if it was with a live instructor. But it is not. Which is frustrating. The negative review is for the company, more than the mirror.
There is a scratch in the silvering about 1.5cm long, which I didn't see when I first opened the parcel (which had arrived a day late).
The electrician came and installed it and noticed it, so I contacted Pebble Grey (twice I'd emailed and their support email address didn't work, with automatic emails telling me to contact the same address I'd just used!). I got a response eventually through Facebook, but they were particularly unhelpful and said I should never have accepted it if it was damaged and that they could replace it after 10th September when it would be back in stock (but I'd have to pay £65 again to get it fitted) or I could send it back (having cost me £65 to fit it originally).
Even if they'd just apologised and offered a small amount of compensation, I would have been happy.
I spent £150 on an item which is damaged, but I definitely won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Highly recommended for family stays
I have been in their hotels twice, each last years, with family. I can vow for them. Highly recommended. They do help in choosing the best options too. Service, Hospitality, room service and food are all four out of five.

Normal service Except..One feature
Like other tours and travel company Nightly also providing Hotels accommodation in different part of world.
What is difference I realized is -switching hotels during stay. I had rendered Nighly Travels for my three days stay at Dublin. Hotel facilities were up to the mark, so overall they keep their words as committed.
Unfortunately I couldn't experience switching facility due to unchanged rates of Hotels prices there .But I met few families who were at some other hotels and switched two days back to my hotel.
Rates are not so cheap as they are saying..But yes deal was not bad at all.
So this is an additional feature, my other friends can use.
