Last summer, I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company, but only got one thing. I tried emailing, messaging, and calling them loads of times, but heard nothing back. Turns out, the company shut down and got taken over. So, I never got the rest of my order and missed out on getting a refund through my credit card. Watch out when dealing with this company, folks!

I got this annoying wart on my face and it made me feel really self-conscious. I spent loads of money at the dermatologist to get rid of it, but then another one appeared not long after. My boyfriend recommended trying a natural remedy from Healing Natural Oils and I'm really pleased I did! The wart started getting smaller after using just one bottle and eventually fell off after the second one. It required a bit of patience, but it was definitely worth it. I recently bought two candles, the All Hallows Eve and The Witching Hour scents. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed with both of them. Despite looking nice, they didn't smell as strong as I was hoping. I got an email asking me to review my purchase, so I honestly gave them both 3 stars and mentioned my disappointment with the weak scent. Oddly enough, my review doesn't seem to be showing up on their website, even though I got a confirmation for submitting a 3-star review. It seems like they might be hiding negative reviews, especially those below 4/5 stars, which doesn't seem right to me and could be going against trading standards. This has made me question the trustworthiness of the reviews on their site a lot. Because of this, I have decided not to buy from them again in the future.

I really like wearing clothes that are made from 100% cotton or other natural materials, so I was a bit disappointed when I discovered lastane in the material of the item I bought. If the company could provide more choices without lastane, then I'd definitely consider buying more things from them. The brownish tan colour with white flowers design on my last purchase was really nice, but I just wasn't a fan of the material it was made from.

My brother is 18 years old and he had really bad acne on his chin and around his mouth. It was really sad because he tried everything and nothing worked. Then I saw some adverts for this great skincare product, read the reviews, and spoke to someone who said it worked for her. I bought the face wash and serum, gave it to him before he went back to University, and when he came home after 5 weeks, his face was completely clear. It's amazing! Next, I'm going to get the body moisturiser for his back acne.

One-week holiday booking to Majorca
I went ahead and booked myself a week-long trip to Majorca back in July 2015 with this company. I sorted everything out in January and found that Cosmos had way better prices compared to other travel companies. Sure, they didn't have someone specifically assigned to look after us and show us around the resort, but that didn't bother us at all. We actually enjoyed doing our own thing and planning our activities. Luckily, we didn't face any issues during our holiday and the hotel gave us some great tips about the area. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was spot on and super efficient. All in all, we had a great time and wouldn't think twice about booking with them again in the future. We even flew with their sister company, Monarch, and everything went smoothly without any hiccups.

I totally agree with what the last reviewer said about the awful customer service at this company. My own experience trying to get hold of them was a nightmare too. I had to wait on hold for a whole hour at 11am, only to be told that their lines were about to close and to try again tomorrow. This is just not on and shows they don't really care about their customers. It's so annoying to waste so much time trying to reach them and getting nowhere.

It's worth mentioning that the delivery charge was a bit high, so it's important to think about the weight of the parcel and customs issues after Brexit. I suggest ordering larger amounts in advance to deal with this. The food came in good condition with no damage.

I wouldn't recommend splashing out on that supposedly "lovely" trip. The quick stop in Windsor wasn't all that great, the hotel was just okay, and honestly, the whole thing left a lot to be desired. The Chelsea Flower Show was packed with people and way too expensive, not living up to all the excitement. I'd say hold onto your cash and find somewhere else to have a more enjoyable day out.

Bought carpet and grippers. The grippers did not turn up and had to pay the fitter at exorbitant cost, according to the fitter the carpet was short so was unfinished. Bought more carpet that went ok but out of pocket. Then fleeced by a MyBuilder fitter who is promoted by this fitter.
Bought Lino, wanted to change, they said the Lino had already been cut. Made a date for delivery and one hour before delivery and after taking the morning off I received an email to say that they could not deliver as Lino out of stock. This was one hour before delivery due. Delivery now expected end of July.
I will not be ordering again, can’t be trusted.
