Sandals, damaged
I recently bought some sandals from this shop, but I was really let down by the quality. The sandals arrived damaged, and when I asked for a replacement, they said I had to go through the refund process instead. It seemed like a lot of hassle, especially since I had paid for next day delivery and would have to pay again for a new pair. Also, the size was bigger than I thought it would be, which just added to my annoyance. All in all, the sandals were not great quality and the customer service was disappointing, so my shopping experience was pretty negative.
Shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from the shop the other day, but it didn't go well. The delivery was supposed to arrive on a certain date, but it never came. I got in touch with the courier, and all they gave me was a blurry picture of a parcel with no info on where it was delivered. That kind of dodgy behaviour is just not on.
Latest shoe haul
Went to get myself some new shoes, as you do, and it was so easy. The staff there were really helpful, the range of shoes was just right, and the prices were actually pretty fair for how good they are. I'm excited to wear my new shoes wherever I go.
