When my order arrived. It was a beauty to behold. The color was inviting. The built were strong. The materials used in production were durable. The style was unique. I love heels. I wore it on a date with my husband. He adored the shoes, he said they complement my dressing and made me look like a queen.

I had a bit of a problem with an order I made so I got in touch with the Customer Service team to sort it out. When the order turned up, it was all wrong - not what I'd ordered at all. I sent an email to Customer Service explaining the situation and they got back to me pretty quickly. They asked for some photos and a copy of the invoice, which I sent over. Without much delay, they got back to me with an option to either get a refund or have the correct order sent out to me.

I bought four pairs of shoes from this store, but I only got two. When I contacted customer service about the missing items, they told me to report it to the police and give a crime reference number. I thought this was unfair as it would cost more and I would lose out. Even though I showed proof of only getting two pairs, I have been ignored for a week after trying to get in touch several times. I'm really let down by the service I've got and I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop to others.
Black stiletto agathia heels
This pair of black stiletto heels, the Agathia ones, are absolutely gorgeous! I love them so much and they are definitely worth every penny. Although, I was a bit let down that there was no heads up about extra toll charges when I made my order. It meant I ended up paying twice the amount for shipping and other fees, which was really annoying, to be honest.

Recent shoe order
I bought a white and black pair of shoes from this shop not long ago. When they turned up, only the black ones were there. They left a note saying the white ones were out of stock, even though they were still showing on the website. The fact that they didn't let me know and their customer service team is being unresponsive has really annoyed me. I was excited about getting both pairs, now I only have one. It's a shame.
Overpriced shoes

I would recommend steering clear of this place if you don't want to go through a nightmare trying to get a refund!
