Pc parts
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Technextday that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS MASTER Intel Socket 1700 DDR5 ATX Motherboard (Order ...137954) from them, only to realize that it was incompatible with my PC case upon delivery. Within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, I initiated a return request, hoping for a smooth resolution.
Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. Technextday proposed several deductions from my refund, including a restocking fee, test fee, and potential shipping cost. These fees amounted to a staggering 30-40% of the motherboard's original price. I expressed my concerns about the fairness of these charges, but my concerns were brushed aside.
The most frustrating part was my interaction with a person who claimed to be a manager, Mark Walker. His behavior was questionable, to say the least. He initially identified as the manager, but his contradictory statements raised doubts about his authenticity. When I asked for the return process to be paused until I heard back from the actual manager, he responded rudely and declined my request.
Despite my repeated requests, I was not able to escalate my case to a legitimate manager for review. The lack of transparency, the disproportionate fees, and the unprofessional conduct of this individual left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their business practices.
Given my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before doing business with Technextday. Their lack of transparency, coupled with excessive fees and unprofessional conduct, create an environment that is far from customer-friendly. As a consumer, I am now seeking advice from consumer protection agencies to protect my rights and interests.
I sincerely hope that my review helps others make informed decisions when considering Technextday as a potential retailer.Motherboard
This company are a disgrace. Ordered a motherboard and they sent an inferior model. They are denying this despite their own order forms confirming. Now trying to deduct 20% from the refund. I assume yenu scam a lot of people like this but I'm quite happy going through small claims court even for the sake of a few quid just to stop them ... people over.
Storage product
Before purchasing my product, I found Technextday on uk.pcpartpicker. The low price of the product was quite attractive. However, please don't let the price attract you. The service alongside the product you get is not worth your money and stress.
I made the mistake of buying the product before reading reviews etc online. After purchasing the product, I did not receive an estimated delivery date. I emailed them and did not get a reply. Although they are literally called 'technextday', my product arrived 4 days after purchase. When my product did arrive, the exterior packaging looked amateur and rushed. It was stuffed poorly with half delated large bubble wrap.
I would definitely spend the extra £3-£5 on another, more reputable website. This dodgy, lack of communication and effort service is not worth the cheaper price - it literally got to the point where I thought I just simply would not get my product sent to me.Palit 3080ti

About Technextday
In life, there is a period of optimal functionality and a period of decline for both natural and man-made things. For man and nature made things, the decline might take a longer period to begin because of the steep growth curve, but for most man-made products that are optimized from the beginning, it is much faster. Therefore, computer products, especially hardware and components are prone to fail, wear out or stop working overtime. How long that takes is dependent on variables like the quality of the computers, the care for the product by the user, the cycle of use, protection from electrical surges or the lack thereof, and so on. It is however unusual for all the components to develop a fault at once, so a faulty component might be easily replaced to return the system to its original functionality. For instance, a motherboard has an average lifespan of 3 to 4 years, graphic cards can last up to 10 years, batteries have only so many recharge cycles and LCD panels survive for a limited number of hours. However, the overall average lifespan of a computer depends on maintenance and cycle of use. With the fast rate of technological advancement, another challenge in component replacement is getting the right specifications for compatibility sake, without which the output of the device might not reach original functionality. Also, dust is a challenge to computers, because it can accumulate over time inside the computer and reduce the component’s sensitivity and productivity. When components wear out, they stop working or start affecting the output of the system, and might start impairing the output of other components if not quickly fixed.
