Simply amazing
I recently bought two pair of shoes from here and a few months back i ordered boots for my sister. Each product was hell comfortable and fashionable, suited our requirements. Big thumbs up!!!
Duplicate Order Issue
I had a bit of a frustrating time recently with an order I made from this company. They ended up sending me two of the same parcels and charging me twice for it. I tried to cancel one of the orders, but their customer service team wouldn't budge. So, I sent one of the parcels back to them. However, I'm still waiting for the refund for the extra charge. And on top of that, the only responses I've had from their customer service team have been automated ones, which has added to my frustration.
