    I placed an order at first but got worried when I saw some negative reviews online. I sent an email to cancel my order because I was concerned about their administration, but they got back to me quickly saying it was no problem to cancel. They reassured me that they were back to normal, processing refunds as usual. In the end, I cancelled my original order but still wanted one item, so I placed a new smaller order. I had to return the item because it didn't fit, but the return process was easy. Overall, even though I was worried about their past administration issues, my recent experience with them was good and I wanted to share that.

    Comfortable and well-maintained location

    I recently visited the newly renovated place, and it's so lovely and peaceful, with lots of locals around.     The service at this salon was terrible. I bought some hair products online, and after waiting for 2 weeks, my parcel still hadn't arrived.     Cancelled order after 2 weeks

    I placed an order on the 1st of December 2020 and waited patiently for over two weeks, but then I got an email saying they couldn't fulfil my order. I tried to contact them several times but heard nothing back, so I had to settle for a refund. It was really disappointing and left me feeling really let down.     One-night hotel booking

    I really wouldn't recommend using this hotel booking site! My experience was not good at all. We tried to book a room for one night, entered all our payment details, but kept getting an error message telling us the payment hadn't gone through and to try again. We tried 3 times, always with the same problem. We didn't get any payment or booking confirmation, so we ended up booking through a different provider with no trouble. Then, 2 days later, Hotelopia took two different amounts from our account - twice! It was a shock because our booking clearly hadn't gone through.

    When we contacted customer service, the person on the other end was in Mexico and could only speak English, which wasn't a big deal for us. We explained our problem and he said he'd check with the hotel and sort it out for us - we just needed to email him. Two days later, he replied saying the hotel wouldn't refund us because they claimed everything had gone smoothly and he couldn't do anything else. We were basically stuck with the charges. Like I said before, I really can't recommend booking anything on this site.
