I was really disappointed by the rug I bought from The Rug Seller. The rug I got looked nothing like the one displayed on their website. It was meant to be a grey rug with white lines in a Moroccan style, but the white lines on my rug were all over the place and not as shown. Some bits had wide, thick lines, while others had thin, short lines. I tried to vacuum and adjust it, but it still didn't look right. I contacted The Rug Seller twice with photos comparing the rug I got to the one on their site, but they just brushed me off. They said the differences were because of the pile height and direction of the rug, and that it wasn't faulty. I felt frustrated and like they weren't listening to me as a customer. I had to send the rug back myself, costing me £18. The way The Rug Seller dealt with the whole situation was really disappointing. I won't be shopping on their website again after this bad experience.
Wallpaper purchase
I'm really pleased with the wallpaper I bought from this place. It's great quality and just what I wanted. I'm excited to put it up and see how it changes the room. I'll definitely think about getting some matching accessories from here later on.
Lovely rug
I bought this rug the other day and it's honestly amazing! The colours are just perfect and match my room so well. Plus, it's really soft and fluffy too. I'm absolutely thrilled with my buy, it was definitely worth it!
Silver grey rug
I recently bought a silver grey rug from this company but when it arrived, I noticed that the colour was different than what I expected. It actually looked more like a shiny silver rather than the light grey I was hoping for. I got in touch with their customer service guy, Jake, who was really helpful in guiding me through the return process. Jake sent me an email with instructions on how to send the rug back, but I had to pay for the return shipping myself. After I sent the rug back, they gave me a refund quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the great customer service from Jake and his team, but next time I'll make sure to only buy stuff I've checked out in person first.

2 rugs bought
I recently bought two cool rugs from this place. One arrived really quickly, but the other took a bit longer. However, the staff on the phone were really friendly and offered great assistance. Surprisingly, the second rug arrived sooner than expected. The rugs are of excellent quality and were wrapped up nicely like a present. Plus, they were more affordable compared to other websites I checked. This is my second time purchasing from them, and I'll likely choose them as my first option next time as well.
Rainbow for Heroes rug for grand-daughter

Wallpaper order
I ordered this really nice wallpaper ages ago, but it took forever to come. When I eventually gave them a ring, they told me it was out of stock! They didn't even bother letting me know, I had to find out myself. Not on, mate.

I bought this amazing rug from a company recently, and I'm absolutely thrilled with both the product and the service I got. The rug (similar to Aurora Glacier) is top-notch and really adds to the beauty of my living room. Not only did I snag the rug at a fantastic price, but after comparing prices with other shops, I found that this company had the best deal.
Rug purchase
I bought a lovely rug from this company not too long ago, but I have to say I was really let down by the whole thing. They sent me an email saying my rug had been sent out and would reach me on a set date, so I made sure to be at home expecting it. But guess what? It never turned up. The courier service made a few failed attempts, making all sorts of promises that never came true. It was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time, which eventually led to me asking to cancel the order. Unfortunately, that request just seemed to confuse them and they weren't very helpful about it at all. All in all, my experience with this company was just not up to scratch and I'd definitely advise others to think twice before buying from them.
Flawed product description
This company is an absolute joke! The customer service was terrible, so rude and not helpful at all. I got something that wasn't what I expected, it clearly said "with pillow case" on the receipt. I should have read the description better, but they didn't admit any fault or try to make it right, which is just not on. I've even reported them to trading standards. Don't even bother with them!
Thick, good quality rugs
I've just bought three rugs from this company and I've got to say, I'm really impressed. The quality is top-notch, they're thick and luxurious. The colours on the website match the actual rugs perfectly, which is a big bonus.
Rug purchase
I was really looking forward to getting a rug from this company because I had heard such great things about them. However, I've been really let down by the whole experience. I placed my order back on the 26th of May, thinking it would arrive within 3-5 working days. But, here we are, and I haven't had any updates at all. I tried reaching out via email on the 4th of June, but didn't get any reply. It's been frustrating, especially since I've had such good service from other online shops after moving into my new flat. I specifically chose this company because of their positive reviews on Trustpilot, so to be disappointed like this is a real blow. I'm heading off on holiday until the 17th of June, and I still don't know what's going on with my order.

A runner carpet
I bought a runner rug for our hallway. On arrival it seemed fine but within 24 hours of opening the packing a smell like 'milk that's gone off' started coming from it. It grew worse by the hour and we locked the rug in the spare room as we couldn't stand the smell. I tried to return but they said I must pay for the return (£46.00!) as they said "wool rugs smell"! None of my other wool rugs smell at all! It's a disgraceful way they won't take responsibility for sending a rug out that obviously has some sort of mould or damp issue in its fibers! Never will I use them again and I'm still in dispute over the returns costs with them! Shameful customer service
Orla Kiely Rug
It is very good to see so many good reviews for this seller! However a rug I purchased on the 1st of this month still hasn't arrived! I have emailed once to which I had a reply! I have waited the 10 working days & still nothing!! I have emailed again today & still awaiting a reply! So far my experience has been quite negative with these guys! I just have to hope it arrives soon!!!
Hi, I ordered a rug beginning of Feb 2021, and I was advised that I would receive it by 29 March. I hesitantly accepted this but I have been advised this week that it is not being manufactured any more. I was very disappointed and asked for my money back. They have not responded to my request for refund. Before that they were very prompt in replying to previous emails. I still await my refund.
