Snowboard purchase
I recently bought a snowboard from your store, but it was a bit of a hassle with the tracking information for my order. At first, I didn't get any tracking details, and when I asked for help, I was just told to find the package on my own, which was tricky as I'm in Germany and don't speak German. Thankfully, the next day my issue was sorted, and my order was sent again. However, I still didn't get any tracking info and had to email to ask about my order status before finally getting the details. I wasn't really happy with the service I got overall.
This is so cool
I love snow and thats why i spend my holidays mostly in snowy areas but thanks to TSA i can always be sure about me being well equipped with the right gears. They are offering it at good rates so i don't have to worry about that too.
