    Snowboard boot fitting

    I recently popped into The Snowboard Asylum to pick up some new snowboard boots, and I have to say, the service was really top-notch. The person who helped me with fitting was so knowledgeable and made the whole thing not only super easy, but actually enjoyable too. I did notice that as a woman, the selection of boots was a bit limited, but the advice I got was absolutely priceless. I tried on a few different pairs and got some great tips on sizing, fit, and everything else. The heat moulding part was a game-changer and made sure the boots fitted perfectly. I was thinking about ordering online, but I'm really glad I didn't now. The boots I ended up with feel amazing, and I even picked up some useful tips on choosing the right bindings. I'm absolutely over the moon with my purchase and the whole experience at the store.

    I have to say, the customer service at The Snowboard Asylum's Covent Garden branch was absolutely fantastic. I actually only popped in to get some boots heated for a family member, but I ended up getting a new boot fitting for myself too. The staff there were so friendly and really knew their stuff, they took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel really welcome. It was great that they had a good selection of boots in my size to try on, especially since there's been a shortage of stock lately. It was such a different experience from my last visit to another big chain store, where I felt like they just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. But the TSA team really impressed me with their expertise and attention to detail, I'll definitely be going back there in the future.

    I bought a snowboard from this store not long ago and decided to go for the click and collect choice. The delivery to the store was surprisingly fast, even though it had to come all the way from the warehouse. When I got there to pick up my order, the staff were really nice and gave me some good advice on how to look after my new snowboard. They even helped me put it in my car.     I recently bought a snowboard and some accessories from the shop, but I've had a few problems with my order. I tried to cancel my order via email, but didn't hear back. Even though my order was still sent out, I decided to return it on the same day. Although the tracking shows that my return reached the shop 10 days ago, I'm still waiting for a refund.     Recently, I treated myself to a snowboard from this company and, on the whole, I was pretty chuffed with my experience. The mobile site could do with a bit of a spruce up, as it took its time to load and I found it a bit tricky to get around. Nevertheless, my snowboard turned up in top-notch packaging and at a decent price. I was pleased as punch with the free shipping option too. All in all, I reckon I'd give this company another go and would suggest it to anyone after some well-priced snowboarding gear.

    I recently bought a snowboard online, but the delivery has been a massive letdown. I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days, but it's been 17 days and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I've contacted customer service several times, but all they keep saying is that they're short-staffed. The lack of updates on my order's progress is really annoying and not okay.

    Jones flagship snowboard

    I was really let down by The Snowboard Asylum recently. I ordered a Jones flagship snowboard, but when it arrived, I found a bulge in the base. I got in touch with customer service, and they were quick to sort out a refund since they didn't have any replacements in stock. But then I was sent the same board with the same issue for the replacement order. To make matters worse, there was no warranty information included. It's worrying that the company would sell what looks like a brand new board but it's actually faulty stock. This doesn't paint a good picture of their customer service or quality control.

    I recently took my snowboard boots in to be repaired because a lace snapped while I was out on the slopes. Bryn sorted them out really quickly and didn't even ask for any money. I was so impressed with the customer service and I would definitely recommend them to others!

    The website was easy to use, and I had no problems with payment. The offers were clearly communicated, which was good. However, I was let down by not being told when I could expect my delivery. I'm not sure if this was The Snowboard Asylum's fault or DPD's. As a customer, I think it's important to know when my order will arrive so I can make plans. Not knowing made me feel annoyed and unsure.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication from the store. I've tried calling several times, but no one ever answers the phone.     The product looks really good and the quality is top-notch. I haven't had the chance to try it out in winter weather yet, but it seems like it's going to do the job. Normally I go for a size L, however, the advice on the sizing suggested a size M and it's spot on. The cost was reasonable and it arrived quickly.

    I bought a pair of snowboard boots from this website recently, but it didn't go well at all. To start with, my original order got delayed and when I asked about it, they told me the boots were out of stock. So, I ordered a different pair but ran into the same problem of them being unavailable without any heads up. They said they'd give me a discount and call me back for a third try, but that didn't happen. I sent an email complaining, but the response was slow and not great. The whole customer service experience was really bad and left me feeling very let down.

    I ordered a snowboard jacket and goggles from this place and it was a terrible experience. They said my order would come in 3-5 days, but after 4 days nothing happened. I tried to contact them by email, Webchat, and phone, but nobody got back to me. If I do receive my items, I won't be shopping there again.
