I am very upset with this issue and how it's been dealt with. I ordered some clothes and was sent the wrong order, I repeatedly asked for it to be resent as soon as and I will be return the product instantly, just so I know it won't run out of stock. I spoke to a very unhelpful member of your team who ended the chat with me. I wasn't rude and expressed my concerns. I now have half an outfit and it was cancelled because of low stock when I knew this would happen and tried to avoid, no real solution has been offered. It is horrible customer service.

Car hire
We rented a car to be picked up in Italy through Enjoy Travel. We arrived at the car hire place at the allotted time and day to find they were completely shut. We rang and emailed them but there was no reply. Also contacted Enjoy Travel and they did not respond. We sent them pictures of the closed car hire place. Despite repeated contacting and multiple chats/emails, Enjoy Travel keep saying that they are still investigating - it has been almost 3 months and they are just hanging on to our deposit and clearly have no intention of returning it. Total dishonest scammers

A great trip with Aer lingus
It was my first time patronizing Aer Lingus. I enjoyed every moment on board. The flight is not as expensive as its counterparts but in terms of what they offer, it is excellent. The flight ensures everything is clear and safe before starting the journey. They offer lots of fun activities like wifi, lovely magazines and much more. I love the trip. I had a new friend who talked throughout the journey. I had great fun overall. The plane is so much comfortable that I didn't realize it when I slept off. I got to my destination safely with no itch on the journey. Lovely trip.

delivery date came and went, emailed to be told it was the courier companys fault they were delayed so contacted courier to be told they cant deliver what they dont have, emailed mytyres again for them to change the story again to say there was a hold up at customes so they couldnt give me a delivery date, just lies and excuses this is the 2nd time i have had this happen to me from mytyres and it was the same last time lies and excuses its always some one elses fault, once they have your money they do not care.

Having been bitterly disappointed in the case I’d received I decided to drop them a line and explain my iPad seemed too small for the case. I received an immediate response asking me to check my model number and that they would be more than happy to exchange my purchase for the correct case. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be given this option and having supplied the relevant information I returned the original purchase. I was advised when they received the return and sent an immediate replacement. Joy of joys the fit was perfect and I now have a smart looking iPad again. Counterfeit, Fake item form Chinese seller. If you buy from onbuy be aware some of their sellers are Chinese, selling fakes and hiding the fact the item is coming from China.
I've been promised a refund but I don't have it yet, although its still early days.
I Wouldnt buy from here again as it seems to be yet another outlet offering Chinese sellers a store to off load their fake junk.Yes I've had the same issue, but with a different fake product. OnBuy seem to have very little interest in policing their platform, I've lost count of the number of times they've told me "OnBuy is an online marketplace, we bring buyers and sellers together, so we don't actually sell anything, therefore you buy directly from independent sellers". I'll be buyng from marketplaces that take ownership of policing their platform in the future, it's just too risky to use them.
Same here, this online shopping service is too much of a gamble, with registered dodgy sellers Firstchoice being one of them. At least ebay kick them off after excessive poor feedback, but OnBuy have not with Firstchoice, loads of negs and still allowed to scam people. OnBuy also shorten your neg feedback by editing out the reason for neg feedback.

I am recently bought my apple iphone from BT and i must tell that its one of the best site i ever came across. I was a little bit scared to buy something like this online but there is so much thing that literally changed my brain. i bought it yesterday and i am going to get it tomorrow. Apart from apple iPhone, i also bought a graphics cards and hard drive from here . They have lots of things and i am impressed.
