Duplicate order, poor quality, unhelpful customer service
I made a mistake when ordering and ended up accidentally getting two of the same item. So, I got in touch with the company to sort it out, but I was let down by their response. They said they couldn't cancel one of the orders as it had already been sent out, which wasn't true given the timing of my order. Even after I tried to explain, they wouldn't budge or help out.
The item itself wasn't great quality either. It was meant to be a "sweatshirt" but turned out to be thin cotton, plus the price was high for what I actually got. It definitely wasn't worth the £30+ I paid for it.
After waiting two weeks for both packages to arrive, I filled out the form to return one of the duplicates because it wasn't worth the money. The return and refund process was a bit of a hassle, but in the end, I did get my money back for both orders.
Overall, my dealings with this company were a let-down, so I've decided not to shop with them again.Returned package issue
I've had a really frustrating experience with this company. I followed their instructions and sent back a package of items via the post office. It's been 6 weeks now and they're still saying they haven't received the items. Their excuse is that I didn't use a courier, so my tracking number doesn't count. I've lost £250 because of this, which is really annoying. The responses to my emails have been useless and make no sense. I definitely won't be buying from them again. I wish I had seen those bad reviews before I made a purchase.
Clothing and accessories
I'm really disappointed with the service of this company for my recent orders. They used to be good, but now they've gone downhill. It took ages for my items to arrive and some didn't even come at all. Blaming Brexit for delays is not on, the real problem is UPS in Germany. They hardly communicated with me during the ordering process, no confirmation email and not much info on the website. Their prices are too high for such bad service. I have to stop using this company now. It's sad to see a company that was once so good now doing so badly with customer service.
Wide leg jeans
Jeans fitted well but didn’t like the very wide leg so returned them 2 weeks ago. I am STILL waiting for the refund. No free returns but claimed the postage from PayPal.
