Boat trailer guide purchase
The boat trailer guide was decent quality, but it didn't fit my trailer properly as the u bolts were too narrow. I showed the issue in a video to customer service, but they weren't very helpful and just said to try "a different angle." I ended up having to bend the bolts to fit them into the pre-drilled holes, which made it less stable than I wanted. I'm disappointed with the lack of support from the company and I would advise others not to buy from them because of their poor customer service.
Inadequate purchase
That company's customer service is just a joke, absolute rubbish. Took me over a month of being pushed around before I'd had enough. Decided to let the credit card company deal with the chargeback. They're truly terrible, so watch out for them.
Tried to Buy
Contacted online customer service to find about when VEVOR Grill Burners would be back in stock, first I was told they had been stock but were now sold out which I new to be incorrect as I had been monitoring, then I was told they would be in stock on 23/05/23 and I said could I be informed when they were only be told would let know IF they come back in stock, I asked to be given a direct answer not conflicting and incorrect information
