Thickness planner
As a small woodworking business, I've been really pleased with the tools I've bought from this company. The thickness planner I got is now one of my most important tools in the workshop. I'm really impressed with how durable and effective it is, it's made my woodworking projects much more efficient. I'm thinking about getting one of their jointers next, they seem like great tools to have. Even though I've been using a 1950s jointer, I think upgrading to a new one from this company would really help me improve my woodworking skills.
Product payment refund without explanation
I've recently had a really annoying experience with my purchase. I paid for something, but then two days later they refunded the payment with no explanation. I'm still waiting for a response and haven't received the product I ordered. It's really disappointing and frustrating to not have any communication or clarity about what's going on.
Airbrush kit purchase
I just wanted to share my thoughts on the airbrush kit I got from Vevor - it has honestly exceeded all my expectations! Boat trailer guide purchase
The boat trailer guide was decent quality, but it didn't fit my trailer properly as the u bolts were too narrow. I showed the issue in a video to customer service, but they weren't very helpful and just said to try "a different angle." I ended up having to bend the bolts to fit them into the pre-drilled holes, which made it less stable than I wanted. I'm disappointed with the lack of support from the company and I would advise others not to buy from them because of their poor customer service.
Pole saw purchase
I've just got my hands on my new pole saw and I'm absolutely thrilled! I ordered it last Friday and it got delivered to my door up here in Highland Scotland by Tuesday morning. I've had a similar one in the past, so I knew it was going to be top-quality. And the best part? It only cost me a little over £60, which is a total bargain in my book. All in all, I'm one happy customer!
Inadequate purchase
That company's customer service is just a joke, absolute rubbish. Took me over a month of being pushed around before I'd had enough. Decided to let the credit card company deal with the chargeback. They're truly terrible, so watch out for them.

The instructions were straightforward and I had no trouble putting it together. They even threw in a ton of extra bits and bobs to help set it up. The packaging was spot on too, kept everything in tip-top condition during delivery. This was my third time ordering from this lot, they really know how to do things right.
Tried to Buy
Contacted online customer service to find about when VEVOR Grill Burners would be back in stock, first I was told they had been stock but were now sold out which I new to be incorrect as I had been monitoring, then I was told they would be in stock on 23/05/23 and I said could I be informed when they were only be told would let know IF they come back in stock, I asked to be given a direct answer not conflicting and incorrect information
